We started investigating standby generators in late summer 2021 and contacted two of Generac's Elite installers. Integrated Home Solutions (IHS) was the first to respond and walked us carefully through the various options. The sales person was very detailed, listened to us and paid special attention to our needs before describing alternatives. We selected the managed option and signed contracts for a 22kW (natural gas) standby generator in October, 2021. Unfortunately there was a six month lead time for delivery due to supply chain issues during the pandemic. Fortunately the generator arrived two months early and the installation team was magnificent in getting it quickly installed. They went above and beyond in getting it to work reliably with my home network and deserve special kudos for finding a solution. Since then the generator has been faultless and IHS recently completed the first service. Given our experience, we would not hesitate to recommend Integrated Home Solutions.

Awesome pros who very nice

All in all, IHS provided timely, comprehensive service that met our needs and provided us with a full home generator better than what we initially planned for. In any situation where customer service is involved, it's important to advocate for yourself and your needs. IHS responded to all of our inquiries in a timely manner and did their best to ensure we were happy with the end product and experience.

In spite of a pandemic, horrible weather and supply chain disruptions, Clay Carver and his team managed to install our back-up generator as quickly as he could. This was a mission-critical item for us, as we have a family member dependent on an oxygen concentrator---the generator has already been activated 3 times. One could not ask for better customer service! Thank you!

Knowledgeable and professional.

Every person involved in the sale, installation, and instructions to me has been professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The unit arrived and was completely installed a full week before I expected. In this storm season that's such comfort. The electricians (and gas line guys they called in) were on time, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves! I highly recommend David Webb and his team!

David and team is great. He came by for the inspection and we then hired him for the work. He was stellar! Had a subpanel added into the basement and GCFI outlets installed.

Management stayed in contact with me before the job was done and after work was finished. They also explained all the aspects of the generator.

Installation was top notch. It’s obvious they do a lot of these installations and knew what they were doing. Electric and gas were done in coordination and finished on time. They started the unit and explained all functions. Very pleased with this company and were very competent and competitive in their price.

They were very thorough explaining our options with our cabin and separate garage apartment. Work was done professionally, cleaned up work areas and we are relieved to be ready for next power outage.

This company has true professionals working for them. They did the work in a timely fashion and answered all of my questions pertaining to the whole house generator they installed. When they finished they cleaned up as if they were never there. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a home generator.

Installed our generator. Everything from the initial contact and quote to the updates on installation status and installation was first class. Communication is good and everything was explained in detail on what was happening and how the system worked. They cleaned up and you would never know they were there working. Even where they cut the drywall for the panel, they replaced it so minimal patching is due. The workmen were courteous and on time. Can't say enough about the quality and their price beat the other quotes I received with a better and more powerful generator. Friendly over phone. Not friendly when arrived. Seemed put out when I thought other issues needed to be done. Returned to take care of an issue and charged me $$$. Won't use again.

Work completed exactly as requested, on time and at cost quoted. No surprises. They exceeded my expectations. Will definitely use again and recommend with no hesitations.
