These guys are great, I gave them a rush job to engineer a retaining wall, they came out to the site the next day, took notes and gathered information, and withing 48 hours had the completed plans done with everything I needed to file for a permit. Will definitely be using them again on my building project! Thanks again guys for the super service!

I hired them to help determine if a fireplace box was load bearing. They were on time, very professional and communicated their findings promptly. They even came back at no charge to take a 2nd look once some more drywall had been removed to help us make a solid decision on how to proceed with our remodel. Their fee was reasonable. I would highly reccomend using Fortress (Steve was who helped us).

Steve McCorvey provided a complete and comprehensive report that was instrumental in my decision regarding the property. He was professional, knowledgeable and very good to work with.

Steve was thorough with the inspection but we did not receive our inspection report when promised. Once I followed up with him there was an additional delay before receiving. He was also unresponsive to inquiries we had after receiving the report.

On a Wednesday I requested quotes on Home Advisor, within minutes Intergrated Inspections reaches out to us and had us scheduled for a Friday. On Friday they sent Steve who was an absolute pleasure to work with. We hired them to verify if a couple walls we have are load bearing or not. Steve was thorough in work and was able to confirm one wall was and the other was not load bearing. We will be using them again in order to draft up plans for a beam or column in order to remove the walls. Was very happy with level of service and the price. Definitely recommend Intergrated Inspections.

I placed a phone to Intergrated Inspections LLC to determine load bearing walls. Stephen McCorvey made an appointment for the following day. He arrived timely, met with my husband and explained the structure of our home for potential renovations. He followed up with a written report and thereafter spoke with me by telephone and responded to additional questions I had. His fees were very reasonable for his services rendered. We are happy with his service and will definitely recommend him and utilize his services again should the need arise.
