Ken was able to fix my lost HD signal with a simple repositioning of the antenna. He was very courteous and did not leave until he was satisfied. I was certain I would have to relocate the antenna or hire a tree trimmer. Thanks Ken, for a job well done.

Ken installed a new HD antennae on my roof with no grounding whatsoever; not the mast or the cable, even though I brought it up twice during his installation. I called to get him back out to fix it, and he was argumentative, first saying he had installed a grounding block (I checked) and then that no grounding was needed (even thought the mast is the highest point on the roof and Colorado is 2nd in the nation in # of lightning strikes). Then he said he was busy and would call me back later that day and hung up. He has never called back even after I've left him several messages. And he didn't caulk around the antenna mast either. AVOID HIM!

Knows his stuff, found a great spot to punch through on a tricky cable outlet placement around ducts, etc. on the first try (this is why I hired someone!) and had it finished in no time, plus had time to do an extra thermostat wire run at the same time.

Ken was quick to get in touch, quick to get to me and went above and beyond when it came to trying to please my HOA regulations for location and installation.

Ken was responsive, flexible and looked for ways to keep our project within a reasonable budget. We are very pleased with the work he did in one day, with sensitivity to details, checking-in with us throughout the job, and clean up as he worked, as well.

We used Ken to install an over the air HDTV antenna. He was very accomodating and prompt with the appointment. Due to our house location getting a signal for all the channels available was proving difficult but he stayed with it and came up with a solution that worked out great and got us every channel. I was very satisfied with hiring him for this job.

Called to inform he was going to be delayed so I wasn't left waiting and wondering when he'd show up. When the job was complete, stressed to give him a call if any problems popped up. Recommended how to save money on landscape lighting upgrades that we could do ourselves.

Price I felt was a bit inflated for the scope of work, but was willing to pay from the standpoint that they could get my project completed immediately

Hired this vendor to install an extra dish and receivers. Despite two trips out, he was not able to get the system working. I had to hire another dish installer to come out and complete the job. This vendor would not refund all or part of the installation fee, even though the job was not completed satisfactorily.

Great experience with Ken. Would absolutely use this company again!
