We conduct X-ray florescence lead paint inspections, risk assessments, develop Lead Exposure Hazard Reduction Plans, clearance inspections and Issue certificates of lead safe.

Virtually the only lead inspector in what appears to be the entire state of New Hampshire (lol), but even if he is not, I still wouldn't hire anyone else to do a lead inspection. Integrated Lead is an extremely thorough lead inspector and goes above and beyond the price quoted, which is very reasonable for a lead inspection - if you think it's expensive, you haven't done your research or you're looking into paying the bare minimum. ILIS goes through everything and even looks into all the places you would never think of, all to give you the most accurate report to use for home/commercial purchase or an abatement contractor. A one-man company, Tom is very friendly, personable, and accessible; my wife hounded him with question after question, and he didn't bat an eye while giving us the most information to have peace of mind. This is the lead inspector you need.

Very professional and helpful. Explained not just the procedure and results but gave simple solutions to fix a couple of small problems to pass with a clean slate on a retest for lead free certification. Knowing time contstraints for a house closing, he worked overtime hours to return to complete the retest and deliver the certification in time for the closing. He was a pleasant surprise and someone I would highly recommend!
