Integrated Outdoor Living LLC

I signed a contract with CLE Pools/Integrated Outdoor Living in July 2024 and paid a deposit of over $50,000 for a Latham fiberglass pool. I was promised a fall install, then March, then May, then ?within weeks.? More than a year later, they still had not broken ground. Throughout the process I repeatedly had to chase them for updates. Phone calls went unanswered, promised callbacks never happened, timelines continually changed, and simple requests like fencing quotes and project renderings took months or never arrived. Every delay was blamed on weather, permits, engineers, or another job. I remained patient because I understood construction delays happen, but after a year plus of missed commitments and virtually no proactive communication, I lost confidence that the project would ever begin. I ultimately hired another contractor to complete the work. I have a detailed timeline available upon request. They?ve done this to neighbors of mine too. Do not recommend.
