Integrated Paver Systems

From the first time I met Mark it was obvious that he was a true professional. Mark listened to everything I wanted to do and then added his design experience to the project The crew was always on time , did excellent work and finished ahead of schedule. The whole experience was a delight from start to finish I highly recommend this company and plan to have them return for another project We will enjoy our paver patio for years to come .

Updated/current comment: So I hired Integrated Paver Systems, owner Mark Lacher, to install pavers and artificial turf in my front, side, and backyard. Very expensive project and extremely dissatisfied with the quality of labor, materials, supervision, and customer service. Original March 2022 comment: The work was performed in late 2019, and they installed defective artificial turf/grass. The ceiling of the joint sand for the pavers, either the sealer or the materials were defective. A few of the pavers are turning white due to the rain and condensation. He has been unresponsive to come back, except for one time in early 2020 and since, he has not returned.

With great pleasure I am writing this review for Integrated Paver Systems. We hired this company to redo our driveway and walkway with pavers. Mark Thacher , the owner, came immediately and provided a written scope of work and a written estimated cost for the project that very first visit. There was NO WAITING TIME TO PROVIDE A QUOTE like four different companies we had contacted before. (We are still waiting for their WRITTEN quotes months after!!) ! There was no pressure and the quote was very clear, fair and direct. We signed the next day because from his personal and professional demeanor Mark instilled trust from the very moment we met him. The work commenced and finished ON TIME and per the contract. The crew who performed the project was EXCEPTIONAL!!!!!!! Victor is a master mason and his crew of Elio, Luis and Ramón were all excellent. They worked tirelessly all day long and cleaned up everything everyday before leaving. They were all respectful and a very cohesive group. Victor listened attentively and addressed any concerns I had always so kindly. Our project turned out just BEAUTIFUL and we could not be more pleased. Everything went smoothly and our vision was brought to life by these highly skilled craftsmen. If you are looking to have pavers installed, do yourself a favor, stop looking and contact Mark at Integrated Paver Systems. You will be glad you did.

Love the work it was done in a good amount of time

While the job was too small for the company itself, owner recommended one of his top workers. Did a wonderful job and the price was very reasonable.

New Sunrise construction, Inc. was on time and did actually what they were going to do. Also when I m ready, there coming back to do my back yard, which will be after the first of the year.

Mark and he crew did an excellent job on our driveway and installing stone veneer on the house. We liked Mark for his straight forward approach. He was the not just a salesman of the product who sends someone else to do the work. The job was finished when he said it would be and looks great.

Integrated Paver Systems is the third contractor we have hired through HomeAdvisor (the other projects were for a complete window replacement [12 windows+3 glass sliders] and pool replastering) and each time the contractor has --hit a grand-slam--. Our project was for a backyard patio + circular walkway (22-ft diameter, 36 inch wide) around an existing gazebo + outdoor kitchen area per customersdesign specification. The work consisted of dirt excavation, laying down/compacting an asphalt-sand mixture, sand screed and installation of Belgard Catalina Grana, Victorian, interlocking pavers inside border pavers set in concrete. Mark Lacher, the owner, was fantastic and very easy to work with. He knew exactly what we wanted, but then pointed out things we needed and his estimate was well-within the expected cost. We were very satisfied with his knowledge and expertise. The overall paver design called for lots of cuts around the circular walkway and curves around the patio area. Victors crew did an outstanding job in performing the work, but also had recommendations to improve the design and make the final result even more aesthetically pleasing. Kudos especially to Luis for his inputs in improving on the design by adding the graceful curves of the walkways connecting the patio area with the circular walkway area. The entire construction crew was highly qualified: the workmen, or more accurately craftsmen, were not only very respectful and open to our suggestions and requests without complaint, but they were also knowledgeable, well-trained, highly efficient and skilled. We are very happy customers and extremely pleased with the quality and workmanship of the paver installation. Integrated Paver Systems exceeded our expectations, and we would hire them again in a heart-beat. We will be enthusiastically recommending Integrated Paver Systems to all our family and friends.
