Integrated Paver Systems

Updated/current comment: So I hired Integrated Paver Systems, owner Mark Lacher, to install pavers and artificial turf in my front, side, and backyard. Very expensive project and extremely dissatisfied with the quality of labor, materials, supervision, and customer service. Original March 2022 comment: The work was performed in late 2019, and they installed defective artificial turf/grass. The ceiling of the joint sand for the pavers, either the sealer or the materials were defective. A few of the pavers are turning white due to the rain and condensation. He has been unresponsive to come back, except for one time in early 2020 and since, he has not returned.

New Sunrise construction, Inc. was on time and did actually what they were going to do. Also when I m ready, there coming back to do my back yard, which will be after the first of the year.

Mark and he crew did an excellent job on our driveway and installing stone veneer on the house. We liked Mark for his straight forward approach. He was the not just a salesman of the product who sends someone else to do the work. The job was finished when he said it would be and looks great.

Integrated Paver Systems is the third contractor we have hired through HomeAdvisor (the other projects were for a complete window replacement [12 windows+3 glass sliders] and pool replastering) and each time the contractor has --hit a grand-slam--. Our project was for a backyard patio + circular walkway (22-ft diameter, 36 inch wide) around an existing gazebo + outdoor kitchen area per customersdesign specification. The work consisted of dirt excavation, laying down/compacting an asphalt-sand mixture, sand screed and installation of Belgard Catalina Grana, Victorian, interlocking pavers inside border pavers set in concrete. Mark Lacher, the owner, was fantastic and very easy to work with. He knew exactly what we wanted, but then pointed out things we needed and his estimate was well-within the expected cost. We were very satisfied with his knowledge and expertise. The overall paver design called for lots of cuts around the circular walkway and curves around the patio area. Victors crew did an outstanding job in performing the work, but also had recommendations to improve the design and make the final result even more aesthetically pleasing. Kudos especially to Luis for his inputs in improving on the design by adding the graceful curves of the walkways connecting the patio area with the circular walkway area. The entire construction crew was highly qualified: the workmen, or more accurately craftsmen, were not only very respectful and open to our suggestions and requests without complaint, but they were also knowledgeable, well-trained, highly efficient and skilled. We are very happy customers and extremely pleased with the quality and workmanship of the paver installation. Integrated Paver Systems exceeded our expectations, and we would hire them again in a heart-beat. We will be enthusiastically recommending Integrated Paver Systems to all our family and friends. Pavers are wonderful. Add color and visual texture to the yard. Much classier than plain concrete. This contractor also installed extra drains and astro turf. Entire project took less than 5 days. Great service after installation -- I had a few minor things I was concerned about and they were resolved without any argument. I highly recommend Integrated Paver Systems.

Project: Install Interlocking Pavers for Backyard Patio Backyard paver project. It was great working with Mark on design and coordinating the project. Crew was friendly and professional. They did a nice job on the install, the only thing was they did leave a little mess, but I would still hire them again for any paver work that I need done.

From the first contact with Mark and Kevin, Integrated Paver Systems was nothing but professional and went beyond our expectations on this project. We purchased a newly built home and had 90 days to landscape the backyard per the HOA guidelines. After meeting with the design team and discussing how we wanted to spend time in our backyard, we were sent computer-rendered photographs that were absolutely amazing and captured more than we expected. We had many different stages of work from concrete removal, grading, adding drain lines, trenching for gas, water, and electrical lines, installing beautiful pavers, a gas fire pit, a breath taking water feature, outdoor lighting in the raised planter and fire pit, artificial turf, a drip system, and finally the plants. From tear-out to completion, it only took ten days. Their employees were all professional and conscientious, cleaning up each day before leaving. My husband and I are extremely happy with the final product and have recommended Integrated Paver Systems to several new neighbors moving into the community. Thanks Mark and Crew......

From our first meeting through completion of our 2,760 square foot driveway everyone from the owner to the crew, was professional, on-time, thorough & did an amazing job. We’ve been wanting to do this project for years, but always hesitated due to the size & cost. We are very happy we decided to go with Integrated Paver Systems when we finally took the leap.
