Dave and his team were very professional and courteous. Tom, the electrician, found a problem with my electrical panel and explained the options to me. It was serious. They planned on being here about 2 and 1/2 hrs and ended up being here about 8 hrs. They were scheduled to install a whole-house generator and ended up replacing my electrical panel. Their work is top-notch and very competitively priced.

Dave upgraded my panel to 200 amps along with a generator switch. He was always on time and did what he said he would do. I even had a problem with a grounding cable and he came back to fix it.

We had gotten another estimate from home power systems to have our generator replaced. HPS came in almost $3000 higher for the exact same work. Made the choice pretty easy and there were no bad surprises at all!

Knowledgeable - Professional - Reasonable. I was very impressed with the experience of the electricians and their ability to troubleshoot on site to solve any problems they encountered. There rates were incredibly competitive and they were very efficient. I'm typically skeptical of using on-line services. However, Dave and his crew at IPSI were absolutely superb to deal with. I would definitely hire them again for future projects.

This is our second "whole house" generator as we had one in our last home. This one is light years ahead of what we had previously in all aspects.
