We had our roof redone with Integrated Roofing Solutions a little over a year ago. Sadly, it seems that both the roofing company and I were taken for a little bit of a ride by an unscrupulous sales person/project manager of theirs at the time named Shane who never finished the project. It seems that we are not the only people who had this problem with Shane, but we admire the owner Alvaro Garcia for his responsiveness in making sure that the incomplete work is going to get taken care of. Al came out and talked to us and explained what happened, had his guys look at it again, and we are in the process of getting everything taken care of. As a business owner myself, I understand the struggles of maintaining a high quality of work in the face of occurrences such as these. Thanks, Al! Shane has left our roof incomplete for months. When contacted about it, he would lie and say he was working on it, but now he does not return calls at all. He has been paid. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend.

The last wind storm , shingles were blown off our house our roof has a 12/12 I donâ t have safety equipment to do it myself! they came out that day for an estimate and scheduled the repair in 2 day! They did a great job backed with a 2 year warranty on their work! I would recommend this company!!

They came when they said they would and completed the work in just one day and it looks beautiful.

These guys are wonderful! I hired them to remove our entire roof including the bedding, and replace the shingles. They gave us a detailed bid, everything laid out in perfect detail. They ANSWER THE PHONE! (You'd be surprised how many businesses DONT!) We didn't even have to wait very long before they began. Bright and early on the scheduled day, 10 of the fastest and hardest working guys I've ever seen tore into my roof! They removed all the shingles, a swamp cooler, and the bedding, Then they replaced the bedding, and reshingled the entire roof...IN ONE DAY!! Al said, "I give you 3 guys and you'll get a roof in 3 days...I give you 10 guys and you'll have a roof in one day! All that was left for the next day was a little bit of clean up. My neighbor was entertained all day and remarked she had never seen a group of men work in unison and so quickly! The roof looks great! We got lifetime guarantee and it feels good to know we'll never have to do this again! Both Scott and Al were easy to talk to and work with. I would recommend them to anyone, and have referred them to some friends and neighbors! I am very pleased!

Realized I had a leaky roof and thought it needed a patch repair. Called Scott and he came by the next morning, explained that as our shingles were old, they couldn't be matched so he put up protective measures to stop the leak and advised me to call my insurance. Scott came to the insurance appointment and helped me through the whole process to ensure I was treated fairly. The work Scott and his crew did was fantastic!! And I know that Scott and Al will be there to stand behind their work!

Scott was great, explained everything in detail and it went exactly that way. Al was awesome, helped out with getting everything to the job site, all was great. Got a great product, a 50 year shingle is awesome.

They did most of the job in one day, just needed an hour or so to finish the next day. Cleaned up completely. They were great! Neighbors have asked for their name and number which we gladly shared.

Scott Horspool was easy to work with, responsive to questions, quick to return calls or texts, and I very much felt like he was willing and ready to listen. Integrated Roofing tore off the old roof, installed a new roof, painted the flashing to match the roof, installed new rain gutters, and even installed a new skylight in the kitchen. Very pleased with the work. Also appreciated the printed itemized estimate and there were no cost "surprises" along the way.

Like all contractors, it seems an eternity to get in touch with anyone. But, this contractor was polite, attentive, and provided me all details of the repair before they began. He provided me before and after pictures of the work, and they completed the work, providing sealant and repairing areas the roof replacement and swamp cooler replacement teams had neglected to seal or had left damaged. Well worth the money!

Competitive pricing showed up when they said. Did a quick estimate and stuck to the price. Improvised when need a sunlight added. Reinstalled satellite dish. Honored warranty.

Very professional and worked a lot with them. Got to see them do all kinds of work and everything they do, they do well. Very easy and pleasure working with them. We do solar and they were able to work with us on various roofing jobs.
