I called on Tuesday and the job was done Friday morning. Technician was professional and on time. Did exactly what I wanted and put everything back in place when he was finished. I am a very happy granny.

Workers came early an finished in less than an hour. Highly recommend ITS.

ITS provided two professional individuals who were prompt and efficient. They arrived and immediately got to work installing my full tilt mount on my 65 inch television. They ensured the mount was level and at the height that I wanted. Finished the installation in about an hour and a half. They cleaned and vacuumed the drywall dest as well. I would recommend them to anyone and use them in the future.

I found ITS Hawaii from Home Advisor (HA), and as usual...HA came through. I had a home entertainment area installed about 15 years ago and when I was unable to reach the company who installed it, I contacted ITS Hawaii. Michael, ITS Hawaii, called me shortly after my request to HA and came to my home a day later. I explained to him (from my research) what I thought the problem was and wanted him to confirm it and how best I can proceed. Long story short, I lost my surround sound when an internal adaptor in my Blu-Ray DVD player broke...this prevented me from going to my network. So in the interim, I was using my Samsung Smart TV's Smart Hub. Unfortunately, I couldn't get the surround sound when using the Smart Hub and it was driving me crazy when I couldn't figure it out. After calling the companies of Samsung, Marantz and Panasonic (their equipment all work together in my home entertainment), they couldn't help me with the exception of Panasonic...they were the ones that explained to me about the internal adaptor in the Blu-Ray DVD machine probably being broke. Michael politely listen to my diagnosis and was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. He took the time and explained everything and how I can fix it. He then further explained other areas that interested me such as programming my house so I can schedule the lights, AC and other equipment to come on by phone or Ipad. He didn't charge me for this visit as we set up another appointment as he recommended I purchase an Apple TV (I initially thought he wanted me to buy a new TV from Apple...shows you how far behind I am with this technology). Because I still wanted a back up to the Apple TV, I also bought a optical cable so I can get surround sound from the Smart Hub (I really didn't need to do this, but, I was determine to make the Smart Hub work on my surround sound). A few days later, Michael sent one of his employees, Chris, who did another great job working with me and explaining everything in detail. What I love about this company is not only do they know their job...they really want to connect to their customers....they patiently take the time to explain everything in detail which I appreciated. I will be using ITS Hawaii from here on! Mahalo Michael and Chris!

Michael was very prompt in contacting me with an estimate. When I scheduled this service, the technician came to hang my 70" TV on a Saturday and did an awesome job. Total cost was reasonable as well. I have two more TVs to hang and Integrated Technology Solutions will do the work!
