We had a dumpster delivered to our home for a kitchen remodel project. We had an agreed amount of time to fill the dumpster. They were to come back and pick it up on a Wednesday at 3 p.m. They came to get the dumpster on Monday. We told them to come back on Wednesday. They came back Tuesday. We told them to come back on Wednesday at 3 p.m. They took the dumpster on Wednesday morning before we awoke. We were left with lots of material that we had to dispose of ourselves. We called and they said they would come back and get it. They never did.

I would recommend them to a friend.

There was a little confusion about the initial delivery and a second dumpster showed up later in the day. However the contact at Waste Solutions was helpful in resolving these issues.

Integrated waste delivered the roll off container on time the day it was requested. I received several phone calls and E-MAILS from them ( Patric May ) to follow up on our project, and when completed they picked up the container right on time. Over all Integrated waste was very helpful in every aspect of our project, from planning ( what size container we needed ) to pick up of the same. I have no reservations recommending them to anyone for their project.

Excellent ..... on time delivery and great support from Kristie in the office. They were very professional and accommodating with helping us figure out what size dumpster we needed. Great service.

Frank Borbely and Kristie Weinlein were FANTASTIC people to work with. Frank promptly returned my phone calls and handled my order and Kristie processed my payment and was willing to reserve a dumpster when she couldn't get in immediate contact with me over initial difficulty with my transaction. I would give them a very good rating if it weren't for the delivery person who actually brought the dumpster to my residence. He wasn't the most amicable fellow and certainly needed to at least humor me in liking his job. He also brought his son along for the ride, which I didn't mind, but I was expecting more professionalism from him overall and I just didn't seem to get it. I will absolutely recommend this service to people in need, though. The great service I received indefinitely overrode the not-so-great service. This is a great company to do business with-GREAT JOB GUYS!

Very courteous and professional - but delivery was several hours late and it appears truck service and home office not in contact in order to update customer about revised delivery times.

The dumster I ordered was delivered on the selected date and pronptly removed when my project was done. Mike was especially helpful and I thank him for his patience wihe me. All in all I would recommend them to friends and family.

It has been their flexibility to work with me at every step along the way.
