The business name is paradoxical. They arrive unannounced, entered a closed gated yard, did not work with my insurance, misquoted the job, failed to clean up, and damaged grass and property.

The co-owner who did the work on my roof was very prompt and was able to do the work the same day as the appointment. I had cracks in the flange around my plumbing vent on the roof which caused a water spot in our master bedroom.. He replaced two flanges and caulked around all of my air vents. We've only had one rain since then, but so far so good.

The owner came timely and gave me quotes competive with two others. I liked him. He said the gutter installer would clean up. I also talked to the gutter installer, when he came, and he said he would walk the house and dispose of all asphalt and debris. That was not true. There is still a pile of asphalt and debris on my back patio, by my back door. The owner seems kind and honest. I hope he is. I hope he is like my dad. My final response will be see depend on if his next worker cleans up the mess from the first one, and if the window I ordered can be installed as easily as he represented. Cynthia Stucker

Stuart went above and beyond. He fought with the insurance company on our behalf. He communicated very well. For an example, if he was going to be late he called to let me know. I have recommended him to my neighbors. I would recommend him to anyone.
