Integrity Air Heating and Cooling Specialist

Integrity air came out to do a $65 tune up to my AC unit. The tech explained that I had a few repairs that were urgent. I explained that I don?t know anything about heating and AC appliances. The tech gave me a $805 quote. I asked him, if that was the industry standard in pricing and he said it absolutely was. 45 minutes later he told me he was finished, I went to to look at the ?urgent? repairs and told the tech that it looked like about $20 in materials and asked him what I paid for to which he answered ? my expertise? he then said ?it?s like when you take your car to the dealer, the part may cost $5 but you?re not getting out of there under $1,000. I contacted their office the next day and told them that I didn?t feel good about the amount they charged me. If I could afford to have the work done, I really would hire this company. The young man who was here was pleasant, and informative.

Integrity Air helped me with my heater replacement. They did a wonderful job!! Highly recommended. They were clean and professional. Chris gave me multiple options for my heater but finally decided to do a replacement. They set me up for the next day and the job was completed so quickly. They were honest and gave me fair pricing. I'm impressed by this company!!

Punctual knowledgeable pleasant to deal with and they take the time to explain in detail the repairs and anything else required in which to keep your system safe, and running in tip top shape. I even enrolled in their monthly service plan I would recommend them to both family and friends.

I had been quoted major repairs needed at 11 times the cost. Chris can in for a second quote, at my request did a diagnostic check , found the problems ( no major repair needed), A/C working by the time he left for 1/11 of my other quote.

I called three other companies to assess the damage to my central air unit. All three companies said â NOâ because it was too HOT for the technician to check the unit in the attic. Integrity Airâ s owner, Chris Johnson called me and scheduled an appointment for the same day. Integrity Air technician Josh checked the unit and recommended a new system due to the damage and the unit being 19 years old. Josh was thorough in explaining the advantages of having a complete unit replacement. I agreed. I then spoke with Chris Johnson (owner) and he gave me a killer price. He applied a Veteran discount to lower the cost. On the day of the unitâ s installation, I met Chris Johnson and technicians. The crew was eager to start the project and it was completed on the same day. It was a HOT day but the job was done. This guys are hard working individuals with high ethics. Two days after the installation, Chris and Josh stopped by to make sure everything was working accordingly. That was very thoughtful. I strongly recommend Integrity Air. Joe T.

Love my beautiful A/C and heater! Worried all summer about my very old ac going out and I am so thankful for Chris and Josh's smooth tandem work. Christopher and Josh were very competent, professional and conscientious. They explained in detail every step involved in replacing my twenty-four-year-old HVAC system with a new Maytag system. I am very pleased with the results.

I hired this contractor for the second time, so I feel his work is great. On time, on budget. The free estimate is what I ended up paying. No gotchas. Got to work immediately as scheduled, brief lunch, and ended within the rough guessestimate. Being in the Navy, I’m a bit more picky of tidying up, so he has room for improvement, but nothing to knock a 1/2 star for either. Would hire again.
