We replaced an old furnace system and added A/C. Model recommendations, installation, and performance were all fantastic. We had the work done in the summer of '18 and everything has been awesome these last 4 years.

Integrity Air quoted and delivered the best price after getting 4 different quotes for other brands and 1 for the same brand. They worked with me in getting it done quickly and they did a great job overcoming the challenges that an older home presented when installing a new central AC and replacing the furnace with a high efficiency one.

I am so pleased from start to finish with Integrity Air. I called in Jan for a quote and Ben was very professional and gave a great and reasonable quote for a new AC. The installation crew guys (Kyle?) just left after installation the AC (on a 28 degree day might i add). I highly recommend Integrity Air.

Installed gas furnace . Ben was excellent to work with - very responsive to all questions and did not try to sell me more than I needed. The installer showed up early on install day and the installation was fast. However, the installer left one loose connection, which left me with a gas leak. Since the installer told me to ignore odors that would be coating on new parts in the furnace, I did not realize I had a leak for a couple of days. The gas company came to inspect and fix that leak. I am happy with the furnace so far.

Ben was great to work with! The installation crew was fast, on time, clean, and responsive to a couple follow up issues I had. They surely went above and beyond expectations. It was a good experience.

Integrity Air installed a new Goodman AC unit and furnace at our home in June. The AC unit was installed sideways to cover up damaged fins in eight places on the side facing the home. Nobody from Integrity Air told us that the fins were damaged and installed it without notifying us. When we spoke with Goodman, they told us Integrity Air should have notified us of the damage prior to installation. After the fact, Pedro R., the sales manager, told us that they knowingly install AC units with damaged fins because that's how they arrive from their distributor. Post installation, they also told us that we can submit a warranty claim with the manufacturer but that we would have to pay for installation of the new unit. We signed a contract with a one-year labor warranty, but the reality is that Integrity Air does not honor it. From the time the unit was installed, the salesperson, Jace J., and his manager, Pedro R., told us that the AC unit was installed sideways because code requires 3 feet clearance from a Thuja tree nearby. We proceeded to remove the Thuja tree so they could place the unit facing forward. When it was re-installed facing forward, we noticed the damage to the fins. When we called the City and spoke with an inspector, they told us that the code Integrity Air was referring to does not exist. Throughout the process, we have been lied to. We have called their office several times, and their general manager does not return our calls. We paid $8,000 for a new AC unit and furnace, and they knowingly installed a damaged one and wont replace it unless we pay them again for a job they botched. The day of installation, the installers would not even stay until they checked that the AC unit was working as the electricians they hired put in a bad fuse in the breaker and had to return later that evening to replace it. All of the other problems we had with the quality of their installation, we wont even write about. See pictures below.

Not only was Integrity Air prompt and professional, but they advised and guided me into purchasing and installing a smaller system that was perfect for my needs. Several months after installation, I had a problem with the thermostat and IA sent not one but two technicians to my door to help solve the problem

The install looks great and passed inspection without a hitch. Unfortunately I had to call service, because set up was not quite correct. Integrity's service was fantastic. Everyone was courteous and apologetic and did not quit till the system was operating perfect and to my satisfaction. My hat is off the Pedro, Paul, and the whole install gang. While the original new heat pump didnâ t work due to manufacturer error, Integrity Air went above and beyond to make sure a replacement was ordered and installed immediately. Jace, Pedro and the rest of their crew are exceptional. My experience could have been a bad one, but they made sure the manufacturer error was resolved right away, and in the end earned our business for years to come. I highly recommend Integrity Air!!

Ask to see what units will be installed and ther orientation to the house. Do not be surprised.

Pleasant, Installer, quick and efficient. Furnace works great, heats the house up fast, much more comfortable in the home now. So glad I went with Integrity. The scheduler, Jessica was very polite and professional. After looking at other Co's, I decided on Integrity due to my conversations with Jessica.

I had several companies bid on the project and the sales rep from Integrity Air was the only one to go under the house to check all issues and found one of the ducts disconnected and 'heating' the crawl space. Integrity Air's bid covered several options and was competitive. The installation crew was on time, courteous and efficient. The project passed inspection with no issues. All in all, I would recommend Integrity Air.
