Melvin was very professional and prompt. He told me when he could do the job and he called me when he was on the way to my home. He completed the job and took his time to make sure that everything was alright. My home is cool again.

Melvin did a great job. He showed up when he said he would and fixed my unit very quickly. He even cleaned both units as an added bonus. He is professional and does good work.

I cannot say enough about Integrity and Melvin himself. He is very knowledgeable about your issues and never tries to sell you something you do not need. His response time is so fast. He has worked on our unit, is going to replace it for us, and has also replaced a unit for my parents. I would never use another company and I cannot recommend Integrity enough.

AC was out during a heat wave this summer and there was an electrical short. He created a by-pass and fixed in minutes. Very reasonable cost.

Over the past twenty years we have attempted to hire numerous A/C companies for various projects. Virtually none of them knew what they were doing to the point where Mitsubishi (who builds very good equipment) now refuses to recommend any of them. One company made such amateur mistakes that the entire central air systems had to be replaced. Melvin is the exception. Knowledgeable, analytical and professional, he is prompt and repairs and replaces only necessary items. Run, don't walk, away from the others !

I talked with Melvin. He was very professional and came out and cooled down a very hot house. He diagnosed the problem, made the repair with parts that he brought with him, and cleaned up after himself. I cannot be more satisfied. 5 stars and he has my highest recommendation to others

I needed a repair but they informed me that it did need to be replaced. They gave me several different options to fit my budget and they educated me on all the different options according to price. They said they were going to be here at 9, they called when they were on their way, and were on time. They cleaned up very well leaving the house the way it looked before. They also made a follow up call which really impressed me.
