My 11 year old washer machine sprang a leak. I found Integrity appliances online and called them. They set an appointment for the very next morning. Their technician quickly identified the leak and what part needed to be replaced. He had a replacement part in his vehicle, installed it and now my machine is as good as new. The cost of the repair was very reasonable. Every aspect of my dealing with the company was a great experience from the person who scheduled my appointment to the tech servicing. I am very pleased with this company and will use them in the future for any appliance repair.

I want to share my very unfortunate experience with Cain dba Integrity appliances. He showed up fix a dark display on the front panel of my frig. His replacement parts did not work so he removed them & reinstalled my original parts. The frig worked & I paid him his service fee. I had a feeling this was temporary & he promised to come back with new circuit boards & fix the issue if the problem recurred within a week or 2. Very reasonable & I agreed. Well, the problem re-surfaced shortly & when I called him for follow up, he informs me that he will replace boards but charge me for them regardless of whether they work or not. This forces me to pay for a repair and hardware without any assurance of a repair. I have no problem paying for the boards if they fix the problem. This is not good business practice. To me, it's akin to taking in a car for service & being told, they would throw parts at it & the customer would pay for the parts regardless of whether it fixed the problem.

He was very prompt, very honest and he didn't overcharge. When he needed another part he came back repaired it as soon as he got that part.

I am very impressed, from the first phone call to Cain, the owner, to the awesome repair service that he performed the same day that I called! On the day that my washer broke, I tried calling several different repair places (including the big name place that I bought our washer) and they wouldn't even come out (without my model #). Another large well known company that I called couldn't come out to repair our washer for a week. Our washer was completely full of water and clothes, and wouldn't drain. When I found Integrity Appliances, LLC (through HomeAdvisor) and called, I was thrilled that Cain took time to ask me several questions about the problem/symptoms of our washer. Cain predicted what the problem was over the phone and he set up a time to come out to our home (that same day--in the evening) to repair our washer! THAT is incredible service!! Cain was here on time, had the right part (not even knowing the model #--since I couldn't move the broken washer/full of water) to get behind it and see the model # located on the back of the machine. Once Cain arrived at our home, he was very nice, was quick to figure out what was wrong and repair it, (it was the water pump--as he predicted on the phone), and Cain had my washing machine fixed and working again that same day! His prices are very reasonable. Cain was a Godsend and he will never know how much it meant to our family to have our washer fixed so fast. We are so glad to have found Cain at Integrity Appliances. We highly recommend Cain and we will definitely use his services again.
