After cleaning, we can draw the line at spills becoming stains, by applying clear or color sealant to your grout lines. Youll have time to wipe up dirt and spills before they can sink in. He came exactly on time and was very courteous. The only problem I had was he was very critical of the floor and said I should replace the whole thing when all we wanted were the repairs.

Randy came and did work at my home. He asked to use my husbands air compressor and I let him. When he left he took the tools with him and when I asked him about the missing tools he said that he used his own. How can a professional take something from a customer, please do not trust him!!

Integrity was a great choice. Randy was very informative when he gave us a bid. He replace five cracked floor tiles, replaced some cracked grout, and restored out grout to its original white. He is very professional, communication was great, and we are extremely happy with the beautiful floor he restored for us.

Randy made very helpful suggestions regarding our bathroom floor project which resulted in me choosing 12 X 24 glossy tile that I would have otherwise never considered. Indeed, the floor is beautiful and has the look of marble. He also did a couple of little extras for us while he was here, started and completed the project as promised, provided a detailed summary of his proposed services for the contracted fee amount, and overall seemed genuinely interested in producing the look that would match our taste.

They cleaned carpets and tile grout in kitchen and showers. They were especially great in getting the tile grout cleaned even after I had previously paid another company to do the same job. The tile looks almost like new after Integrity finished. I have never been able to do this on my own.

Randy was very professional and made my shower look like new. He replaced some cracked and missing grout and replaced some of the caulk in a shower with marble floors and natural stone walls. Hopefully this repair job will last a long time!
