The project started well. The first worker put in a wall that was not level. This affected the tile, the plastering and who knows what else. Workers were sent at wrong times (ie. sheetrock already installed and then removed by electricians) and didn't know when they would arrive. Calls were not returned. We think the project manager had too many projects to manage them all well. The owner did not call to follow up on how things went. The end product does look nice but we know where things are not done well. All the workers were very nice, especially Christian.

Dave and his crew did excellent work they went above and beyond expectations.

Orion was very helpful in providing an estimate and description of the work to be done on the house. The painters, David and Rick came with 60 years of experience between them. They and were thorough and efficient as was the carpenter, Christian. They did excellent work and demonstrated pride in their craft and job performance. They consulted with us on aspects of the project and carried out our wishes in an outstanding manner. The office personnel was equally helpful and everyone kept us informed throughout, which was complicated by the variable weather.

Everything was done in an efficient and courteous manner. Prompt estimate, efficient pressure wash. Courteous painters..arrived on time and completed the job with the minimum of interruptions and noise to us and maximum efficiency. Orion at all times kept us up dated about appointments, weather conditions and answered all our questions fully and with great politeness. We felt we were in touch with him at all times by email and by mobile phone. I would hire them again for other jobs and interior painting also. Great job!!!!!

This site was very helpful to me as I was deciding on a contractor to complete my unfinished daylight basement, so it is a pleasure to provide some feedback. Integrity was very professional, from my initial meeting with Tom, through all my interactions with Jeff (project manager). The entire team went out of their way to make the basement into the "man cave" I had dreamed of. Russell and Ben moved my existing air duct to give me more room and did several extra's with the wood craftsmanship. The drywall, texture, painting, and electric were all done with care and in a superior manner. On time, on schedule, and on budget. Great outfit!

Everyone was extremly helpful. They worked with us in every aspect of the job. I felt that all on the work crew were very knowledgeable, they came prepaird to work & went right to it. The sales representative was extremely helpful concerning the paint color and resolving an issue regarding same. The painters were very professional, courteous, helpful and did an exceptional job. They were meticulous in their work and I would recommend them to anyone who needs any type of painting. This firm and their personnel DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB.

The owner, Thomas Glaspie, sure talks a good speech/promise first time meeting. This company is called Integrity, which should sway a person away if they have to identify themselves in this way. In the contract it stated Project manager would be running project and crew would be there daily from 8-5 and this would be a 3 week project. None of this ever happened, I had to call project manager constantly becuase of workers would not show up for days, project manager rarely came to job site, poor workmanship and took 2 months.

These wonderful people painted my 95-year-old mom's house; and where she started out rather leery of "strangers"...they had her charmed silly within the first few hours. They were SO good to her! I still can't believe how happy they made her. And when they found that a contracted bit of carpentry was actually going to be inadequate, they quickly brought me up to date on the very sever hidden damage...and then repaired it too. And then they tossed in an extra-fancy design to finish off the house's built-in planter...just to please an already thrilled little old lady. Seriously...I cannot recommend these guys highly enough!

Work was done as promised and in the time they said it would take. Loose nails were fixed, entire house was pressure washed and caulked as required, they took very good care in masking and covering everything and the paint job came out awesome. Hats off to Chris and Dave for a great job!!!

Tom was very accommodating when it came to pricing. They were very professional.

The installer was very nice and asked for my input whenever there was an option of how to install the fence. Although it took longer to complete the project than I was quoted it didn't effect our routine. Overall we are very pleased with the fence.

I had a smaller job and was not sure if I would be able to find a contractor to do it. The owner of Integrity Construction Services quickly came to my home to bid on my job. I was Very impressed with his knowledge, his energy, and enthusiasm for my repair work. My work was quickly scheduled. They came when they said they would - they did a fabulous job - and their rates were very reasonable. My damaged cedar siding is replaced, my window frames are re-caulked, and my house is protected now from the winter rain and wind. I'm VERY Happy!

Very good but somewhat expensive for the service needed.
