Norman and Billy came out when they said they would, fixed multiple problems with my tankless water heater, sprayer nozzle, and water line. Saved me money. Then they cleaned up and even fixed my sunroom door. Thanks Norman and Billy!

Professional and courteous. Prompt response to inquiry. Replaced five bathroom and one kitchen faucet. Also repaired leaky toilet. All the work was done to perfection. Workers were knowledgeable and were respectful at all times. Norman accommodated my schedule. Excellent value. Will definitely give him first call for future home maintenance or repair projects.

Mr Norman contacted me immediately after my call to home advisor it was in 30 minutes he was at my house within an hour my drain issue was repaired. Because I was at work it was not able to meet him there at that time he still completed the work without payment and let me pay him later. You just don't find that from people anymore and I will never use anyone else for any of my home maintenance or repair business

Emailed them on a Sunday about adding a gas line for a new stove and had a reply the same day. Norman came out the next day and and did the work. We also had him install some piping out the roof for the new kitchen vent. Both the the vent pipe and the gas line were done fast and at a great price. We are very satisfied with their work. We will use them again in the future and would highly reccomend to anyone need some plumbing work done

The response was immediate, the price for the amount of work involved was unmatched, and every effort was made to meet the time frame that I requested to complete to task. I had a great experience with them! The day I was looking for handyman he called and came right out and looked over what I wanted repaired plus a few others things. That night he called me with a quote that was really reasonable. We decided to start the next morning. When it was time for them to be here he called and said they were on the way. They finished that afternoon and I am very pleased with the work they performed and the very nice crew he had.

Mr.Norman responded quickly to my septic drain problem. He figured out the problem and repaired what was needed at a very fair price. I would definitely recommend Mr. Norman.

Norman is a very nice guy who seems to make customer service a top priority. He was the first one to call when I sent in my work request and showed up not long after.

I do not understand how anyone can give this man a high rating. The only positive thing I have to say is that he gave quick responses. I came home to him and his daughter in shorts and flip flops standing in sewer water digging up my yard. He just started working and never gave me a quote. I paid him $165.The repair pretty much put a Band-Aid on the problem. About a week later it was backed up again and overflowing. He came back out and told me it would be an addition $225. I told him I would have to speak to my husband first and I would let him know the next day. He told me I would owe him $50 if he was not to do the work that day. I told him to just forget it because we were not happy with the work to begin with. He then said I owed him $95 and I would be getting an invoice. I informed him that none of that was discussed and I was not paying him anything. When I got home my yard was dug up in two spots. the original repair I had paid him had been removed. I also noticed damage to another pipe that was fine until he messed with it. I called the police and made a police report for damage to property. I send him a text that he needed to put back what I paid for. Then the nasty texts started. He threatened to put a lien on my home and proceed to insult my intelligence. He is an awful person!

The man is nice and tries to please. I would honestly say that some of the work done was excellent, but some of it took 3 or more visits to finally get corrected and a few things still are not corrected. He is not easy to work with, hard to "pin down" on details and would not give me an exact written contract in advance. He did not supervise his work crew very well and we found after the fact that things had "walked off" from our home. I would not suggest you use him for your project or if you do be forewarned.

Norman came on short notice (very much appreciated) and fixed my problem right away. I highly recommend him and if needed again will not hesitate to call him. Thanks Norman!

Knew what to do quickly.

Rerouted sewer drain and added drains for runoff water { which he suggested and they work great}.Thanks Norm! His price for what he did I don't think could be beat. I have another project he will do. He doesn't try to rush you, will work to your time when you are readdy.

Norman came to my rescue after the A/C people left me hanging. He cleared the clog and my house was cool in short order. Great Job.
