Integrity Electric was great, some difficulties with scheduling at first, but everything worked out fine. Hugh was very honest and nice at the estimate and his crew that did the work was friendly and efficient. Would recommend.

Absolutely wonderful! The owner completed our estimate personally. Jody who answers the phones and does scheduling was incredibly kind. The job was done early and most cost effectively! Would recommend Integrity Electric to anyone!

Attic or Whole House Fan - Install
Sales rep Hugh King came to our house and answered our questions. The fan he suggested for us he said he had in his own house it was "really quiet". We sent him an email to ask him prices for some additional work we wanted to have done and he failed to answer the email. When they called to set up the install we ask about the email and were told they would have to check with Hugh and get back to us. When they got back to us the prices we were given were almost 3 times higher than anyone else. After the fan was installed the installer commented on how "quiet" it was. NOT! This fan sounds like an airplane; we can't even hear outselves talk

"After meeting with the homeowner to discuss the noise level of the fan we pointed out that it was a "whole" house fan and therefore was nosier than most fans. We offered to install a different model fan, move the fan to another location (repairing the ceiling at the old location) or return her money in full. She demanded that we remove the fan and return her money immediately, which we did."

Designer Interior Lighting Plan
Salesperson was helpful and informative with ther overall design and additional accessories (inluding a Lutron auto dimmer system). The installers were very thorough updating me throughout the project with status and even took care of some defective transformers on lights that I purchased from another business. Would highly recommend this firm for all residential upgrades/installation/design work.
