Kyle, the owner is a military vet and runs a very efficient operation using friendly and capable employees. He was present much of the time during the installation to ensure our instructions were being followed. He started by quoting us several options for wood privacy fencing between our newly-built house and that of our neighbor at the property line. We worked together to come up with the most durable solution that would block both light and sound for our neighbor who was used to having nothing but undeveloped land on our side of their house. He scheduled us quickly as promised as we wanted the fence completed before we moved into the new house, and the work was completed on-time and with good attention to detail. At completion, he talked us through the staining options that might be desired after the wood aged and dried about 6 months, and works with another contractor to coordinate this work if we decide to modify the natural grayish color that cedar exhibits with time. Overall a great contractor experience and I would highly recommend Kyle and his team, particularly if you are in the Hill Country of Hays County as we are. There is so much new housing being built between Dripping Springs and Oak Hill and quality fencing is great for keeping neighbor relations positive.
