My experience was wonderful. He gave me a free estimate on a holiday, he took extra time trying to truly diagnose the problem and got right on the repair when it got time to do that. Honest and hardworking and answered the phone on a holiday weekend.

He came wright out, explained what we could do and came out the next day to do the job.

I had an upgraded cooktop installed ages ago, but was unable to use all of it's features without 240v. I had 5 other electricians all come out and survey, but because of the way my kitchen was built, they all suggested (unacceptable) ways to run the new outlet that all involved drilling up the floors, coming through the outer walls, or needing a new breaker box, and even a suggestion to increase the power run to the house. When working with the other electricians, even asking them for a follow-up quote, they would never return, or conveniently be unavailable the day of their appointments. When i spoke to Crystal at Integrity First, she initially scheduled an install for the week following. I told her about my experience with all the others over the past year, and she assured me this was not going to happen with Jesse and his team, and she was right. Jesse came out that evening and understood my need, listened to my story as i walked him through what all the other electricians suggested, and after several hours of him trying different paths in our house, he told me he needed to go and plan the approach. (I secretly worried that i wouldn't be seeing him again). I received a text that the team would be out on the day scheduled, with a range estimate, as there were still some unknowns on the install, On the day of install, the team arrived, quickly went through the plan with me, and within hours, were completely finished and i had a fully working cooktop with no issues with a completely new drop and no torn up floors, exterior walls, new power runs, nor any of the other ridiculous suggestions. And the team was done so quickly due to the great planning, the price was the lowest of the estimate. Jesse and his team came to my house and did what other electricians claimed was impossible, and did it in hours at the lowest price. I couldn't be happier and am proud to state that 'Integrity First Home Services' truly lived up to their name, and now has a customer for life. Thanks, Jesse!

Jessie a new his crew are OUTSTANDING. We have now had him out twice to work on our property. The 1st time was to install a new fuse Box for house to allow in addition to be built. He did the job in a timely fashion and was so friendly. We enjoyed his work, and kindness so much we had him out today to install new electrical in our horse barn so we could put up fans over the horse stalls and lights. He was so kind, he even helpe me hang the fans over each stall, even though that wasn't part of the job I had asked him to do, he was just happy to give a hand since my husband was sleeping (on nights). Our horses are going to be so comfortable in the Texas heat now. We cannot wait to use his crew to rough in our house this fall when we build. It was so refreshing to have a contractor out that didn't mind explaining things and allowed me to be apart of the process We will only be using integrity 1st home services from this point forward for all of our electrical needs,period

Great job at my home. I m very picky about quality and they did not disappoint . Showed up timely , quality work, even cleaned up the drywall/saw dust from the install. Highly recommend them for any electrical or HVAC work.
