They responded within 5 minutes of me submitting my quote. Started my project within a week. Completed it within 2 days. Took care of my furniture. Craftsmanship was excellent. Did a 13 x 28 room with real wood flooring. Removed previous carpet. All material was disposed of. Highly recommend.

The floors look but one of the workers broke our light fixture & did not say anything. I noticed it after they had left & informed my husband. When my husband called the owner to report it, he VC already knew about it & gave us $25 off the bill. My problem is that they knew but didn't acknowledge it until we said something.
