The project was actually both a garage door AND a garage door opener install. Of all the garage door installers I called, Jeff was the only one who was truly willing to put in the effort to give us what we needed. We wanted a very specific garage door and we were hoping to get it before the house painters began painting, so that we could get the door painted the same color as the house. Jeff very quickly found the specific door we wanted, ordered it and installed it, and a new high end garage door opener, in time before the painters painted our house. Not only that, but it was a great quality insulated door and a great quality opener for a great price. Another garage door installer wanted about the same price for a non-insulated door and they would never have gotten the door to us in time. Jeff really puts the effort in to help his customers! We love the door and the very quiet opener! Much gratitude to Jeff!

I had another individual come to my home to evaluate the problem. He told me it was my springs and wanted to charge me $450. Jeff told me my springs were fine and all I needed was a tune up with new rollers. His honesty saved me money.

Overall a great experience and excellent price. He got me scheduled in quickly and showed up right on time. My only (slight) complaint would be that he didn’t wear a mask and didn’t ask if I’d like him to wear one. (I would have said no but I think he should have offered) I would still recommend him though. All in all a good experience.

Integrity is the companyâ s name and they lived up to it. I called thinking the springs was broke. Only a clip needed to be replaced . Time was taken to make sure the tension was right so I could easily open and close the door. When I save up for a door opener this the company Iâ m calling.

Jeff is a one man show, he is the one that will show up to give you your estimate and the one who does the work. He does not subcontract out to someone else, which is important. He also gets his doors locally so there is no wait, where another company told me I had to wait three weeks for a door. Jeff is also very honest, he explained things to me so that I as a female customer could understand. He was very motivated and on time. I have a beautiful quality door. Great job.

Jeff showed up within 2 hours of my call. He replaced the broken spring and even re-attached the button that came loose from the wall. I would hire again. If he had educated me on the repair I would have given 5 stars.

Jeff is a beacon of light within the sea of garage door repair /replace companies. I will outline the difference below: 1. Jeff answers his phone or calls back right away 2. Jeff asks questions about your issue, is repair needed/cost effective or replacement He cares about your budget, he was 30-40% LESS VS ALL OTHER Quotes 1340 vs 1900-2000 3. Jeff responds quickly , next day appt and provided various options. 4. Jeff showed us where we needed to clean out garage space in order to replace. NOT everything had to go as per the other companies. The garage clearing would have been a nightmare had we used Costco, Precision, other big name garage door companies 5. Jeff scheduled our install to fit the clearing out the garage schedule.. leaving things out over night was not an option. We cleared out garage in the morning and Jeff came at 1130 am to do job, job was finished by 245pm, which allowed us time to return stuff to garage. Finally. the end result ... this galvanized steel Garage door is so nice, the panels nicely accented ! the opener is unbelievably quiet. I highly recommend Jeff of Integrity Garage Door Repair
