We cannot say enough positive words about our experience with Integrity Group Construction. Sandra was a delight to work with from start to finish. She, Daniel and their team went over and above in the service they provided and the work they did for us. They came in to our outdoor kitchen project after it had been started by another company who disappeared on us, midway through installation. Sandra took my call (when we knew we might need to start over), listened to our situation (with empathy), and agreed to take on the job. From day 1, we had nothing but clear and timely communication, professionalism, quality work and patience. There were many stops and starts and necessary changes to the plans we agreed to, as a result of the original companyâ s incompetence. Sandra dealt with each of them as they came up, and always figured out a mutually acceptable solution. We highly recommend Integrity Group Construction (we have already done so), could not be more pleased how it was managed and completed and how smooth the entire experience was for us coming out of one so unpleasant for us. We would definitely use them again.

This company saved me from an unlicensed contractor. I called and explained my situation and they were very responsive. They came out quickly. They evaluated my flooring and told me that I did not have to replace the subfloor. He offered a solution that saved me time and money. Upon arrival, they put down materials to protect my floors and walls. The employees were metered and detailed and did not rush the job. They were very accommodating with all of my questions and provided answers that made me confident in the project. I already have them lined up for another job. Would recommend to anyone!!

I hired them to rehab my flip house, My issue is that they have abandoned the project had not draw schedule in place and no time to end the project, they have had this project since March. They abandoned the project to go do another project. They keep pushing me back on my project.

Dear Mr. (consumer name withheld per their request), We are sorry to hear you feel we abandoned your project. As you may recall we did not sign a contract until June and due to permitting we were not able to start until then. Your project started right on the date we agreed on and work was right on schedule up until the point where you started defaulting on payment. We then proceed to informed you with plenty of notice that any further delays in payment will greatly affect the finish date of your project because we have commitments with other valued costumers who where scheduled beyond the expected finished day of your project. Absolutely will use them again. They completed bathroom remodel on time and budget and did a beautiful job. Our few minor tweaks were quickly handled. Easy to work with and highly recommend. We are so happy with our showroom quality bathroom.
