    I found this company by looking at the reviews online. I hate to base everything off reviews b/c you will always have someone you can never please but when I see alot of people saying the same things they feel that way for a reason. Well anyway my a/c wasn't cooling the air like it use to. Basically it was just blowing HOT AIR. I called INTEGRITY AIR that morning and spoke with Quincy and explained the problem and asked how much it would be to come look at the system. Quincy was very PROFESSIONAL over the phone, face to face and while doing his work. He explained he had Dr. appointment but would be able to come see me around 5:30-7 that same day. Integrity air even had the automated system call me letting me know he was en route . When he got to the house I explained what the situation was and he went outside to work on the system. It wasn't even 30 mins and the air was getting COLD. As a courtesy he even checked the freon for me. I respect his INTEGRITY and how he told me about the part that was going bad and his insight on what I should do about it & what caused the system to not cool. Integrity Air's prices are very reasonable & competitive and he takes the time to really show you the problem without you spending unnecessary money. IF you need your A/C fixed, installed or replaced I would go with them FIRST

    I too am a technician and I am working in the field of electrical electronic for some 39 years with a great amount experience and knowledge dealing with installation And customers service I am a stickler for good workmanship they were very knowledgeable polite and as I see it had a keen interest in satisfying the customer I highly recommend these technicians they worked as a team gob was completed in a matter of hours they we re on spot will use them again Mr Taylor

    Loved everything about doing business with this company. Quincy was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I appreciated the text updates regarding my appointment and the fact that Quincy arrived when he said that he would. He diagnosed the problem quickly and made the repair, I don't know if you could ask for better service.

    Quincy & Byron were fabulous. We received a fair price and excellent service for a higher-end complex install. They were both knowledge, courteous and very detailed in the work performed. And they are both great people. We would highly recommend them.
