Good job

I found this company by looking at the reviews online. I hate to base everything off reviews b/c you will always have someone you can never please but when I see alot of people saying the same things they feel that way for a reason. Well anyway my a/c wasn't cooling the air like it use to. Basically it was just blowing HOT AIR. I called INTEGRITY AIR that morning and spoke with Quincy and explained the problem and asked how much it would be to come look at the system. Quincy was very PROFESSIONAL over the phone, face to face and while doing his work. He explained he had Dr. appointment but would be able to come see me around 5:30-7 that same day. Integrity air even had the automated system call me letting me know he was en route . When he got to the house I explained what the situation was and he went outside to work on the system. It wasn't even 30 mins and the air was getting COLD. As a courtesy he even checked the freon for me. I respect his INTEGRITY and how he told me about the part that was going bad and his insight on what I should do about it & what caused the system to not cool. Integrity Air's prices are very reasonable & competitive and he takes the time to really show you the problem without you spending unnecessary money. IF you need your A/C fixed, installed or replaced I would go with them FIRST

Mr. Quincy was very professional and figured out my issue quickly. He also is very reasonably priced.

I too am a technician and I am working in the field of electrical electronic for some 39 years with a great amount experience and knowledge dealing with installation And customers service I am a stickler for good workmanship they were very knowledgeable polite and as I see it had a keen interest in satisfying the customer I highly recommend these technicians they worked as a team gob was completed in a matter of hours they we re on spot will use them again Mr Taylor

Loved everything about doing business with this company. Quincy was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I appreciated the text updates regarding my appointment and the fact that Quincy arrived when he said that he would. Quincy & Byron were fabulous. We received a fair price and excellent service for a higher-end complex install. They were both knowledge, courteous and very detailed in the work performed. And they are both great people. We would highly recommend them.

I think the name of the company says it all. The owner is honest, trust worthy, thorough and dependable. Whenever I have a HVAC need I always contact Integrity. The owner, Quincy, stands by his work. He has excellent customer services and reasonable charges. A few of the services completed at my home include air conditioner repairs, HVAC servicing and air conditioner replacement. I highly recommend the company!

Fair and reasonable prices. Honest and great customer service

The service was GREAT and I will definitely be referrring them to others! The gentleman was very professional and informative. He explained me to from beginning to end what was going on with my heating system. I found it extremely professional that he put on plastic shoes on top of his boots, to not damage or dirty my carpet. The service was overall awesome and if needed I will without a doubt use Integrity again!! I am a beyond satisfied customer . :)

Great all around service!

I really had a an overall good experience using this company. The repair guy was very helpful in explaining my options and the problem at hand. The job was well prices and would recommend him to anyone who needs HVAC repairs.

BeHeResponded to service request the same day. He Came out and completed the service as promised. The price was a but high! Have had worked done before with integrity but I fill I was priced as a new customer but other than that I'm pleased...
