Everything was completed in an efficient manor. The carpet certainly did not dry in the short time that was stated (2 hours). It was over 24 hours until the carpet was really dry even with fans running, windows open, etc. But, the carpet looks great. The worker was very careful to ensure he left everything tidy.

They gave us a verbal quote over the phone and sent a written quote by email when we requested it. We received update phone calls as to when they expected to arrive and then a final call about 40 minutes prior to arrival. Carpet looks great and the main floor area was dry in just a few hours. The stairs were not totally dry until the next day. Our family room was totally empty of furniture so the cleaning was done fairly quickly. Very professional.

The young man who did the cleaning was thorough and conscientious. He was very personable and took the time to put my dogs at ease.

I live in a two bedroom apartment, in which over the past three years ~five people have moved in and out, two dogs have lived, and shoes were worn. The high-traffic areas were BLACK with dirt and grime. The owner of the company did the work himself, with wife and partner doing main correspondence. He arrived later than quoted, citing a delay in the previous appointment. He was professional, identified what needed to be done, took his time when necessary and did quality work. The high-traffic areas are now immaculately clean, my room no longer smells like a dog. Our carpets are SO CLEAN. I would absolutely recommend Integrity to anyone looking to get their carpets cleaned.
