Complete Home Inspection
We bought a new home and the realtor hired this company. Brian came out and inspected house, said everything was ok. We just found out two months later that one of the ac unit handler was completely disconnected from the ductwork and was cooling the attic. He never warned us about this problem and for two months we cooled the attic. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!!

"Beverly, I am sorry you feel this way however it was explained that the temperature difference between the cool air handler and ductwork and the extreme temperatures of the attic can sometimes cause the duct tape to come loose. No issues were found during your visual inspection and if they were it would have been reported to you. I wish you the best and hope you enjoy your beautiful new home."
