The name of Dave Preston's Business says it. And in all aspects that is what you get. Integrity from when you first speak to him. He has the extensive knowledge of construction start too finish, top to bottom, from true historic to the newest of implementations applied to the construction of your home to explain in detail both any defects and the positive points he sees. Dave does take the time too answer your questions both on site and is very pleasant when contacted afterward. His report is thorough and delivered very promptly. An extra comfort that we were left with by Dave. The feeling that wether you are an architect or a florist he explained everything so that you and he were both sure and comfortable in your understanding. He, his knowledge and experience all shine through with, yes, Integrity.

We were looking for a historic home in Lynchburg to turn into an Inn when we moved to Lynchburg. Dave did 3 inspections for us and was very helpful and REALLY knew what he was looking at and has extensive knowledge not only of homes, but of historic homes as well. After 3 offers and 3 inspections, we hope not to be buying anytime soon in the near future. But, I would wholeheartedly recommend Dave to anyone that really wants an honest, transparent, thorough look at your new home before you sign those 60 pages at closing. Dave is excellent!
