I had a potentially dangerous problem involving a broken porch step. I was contacted immediately and the job was completed the next morning. They are friendly and helpful. lesley

DO NOT hire this company or the owner. He will say whatever he needs to secure your business, require a substantial deposit, and then will sporadically show up to work. He does NOT know how to lay tile. Two experts were called in to review his work...all incorrect and will require demo, and material purchase, and hiring another contractor to finish. He admitted it was not right but has refused to rebate any of the deposit. He lied about ordering the shower door, saying it was ordered, had been received, AND that he had paid for it....all false. Very dishonest and incompetent work. Hello lawyers....Beware.

The guys were great. Showed up early, They did a good job. I have very high expectations, my attention to detail is very high and probably expect more then most. Super nice and good value.

He required 50% upfront for our large remodel project that included painting, installing flooring and baseboard, redoing 2 bathrooms, and more. He would usually be very early or late with no warning, which was and inconvenient. He would work for a few hours each visit if we were lucky. The quality of the work was terrible, especially the painting. There was primer on our stained cabinets and molding. When we said we were not happy, he got a bad attitude and confrontational. This was a very negative experience overall. We ended up losing a lot of money because we had to fire him when only about 5% of the work was completed and he would not refund our payment. Since we found him on HomeAdvisor, we did not expect to be lied to. We ended up finding someone else who did an excellent job, but we lost a lot of time and money.

This man came in and within 30 minutes had my dishwasher fixed were two other people couldnâ t get it done.

Michael did an outstanding job for me, First I called 3 handymen, he was the most resonabley priced of the 3 and he was impressive speaking on the phone. When he arrived very courteous; professional and knew exactly what he had to do, He was quick and efficent and he was missing a part off of my new garbage disposal. He went to his truck, found the part in his tool box, attached it and then finished installing. He did not charge me additional for the extra part. He had my wife check it out; it was very quiet. Michael thanked me and was on his way. I will use him again and I will refer him to others for years to come.

Michael has excellent communication skills and he a pro at his chosen profession. He is thorough, knowledgeable and very patient. He took extra time to explain the steps he was taking to ensure the work was done properly and safely. His demeanor is very professional, yet he is friendly and approachable. I was so impressed with his work, I have him estimating another job.

Awesome interaction with NO pressure to get the project started or to hire them. Answered ALL questions Inhad and ensured each part of the project was just as we wanted! They were very professional and friendly! Completed the project before anticipated time frame and well made cabinets! Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for great cabinet project...large or small!

Michael is great. Brings his own trailer full of whatever he needs to complete the job. On time.

After speaking with Mr Passmore we made an appointment to give us a quote. He showed up on time and we immediately knew he was the one! What a nice guy! The quote was exactly what we had in mind. He and his coworker were very good, cleaned up and did an overall excellent job! No wonder he is so busy. We have already asked him to do more repairs for us.
