Integrity started this project almost 4 weeks ago. This was quoted as a one day job. The technician is great but the management blames the problems on their employees. The plumbing manager, Kenneth, lies to customers rather than have accountability to his promises and blames issues on their turnover, as all the management has only been in place for under 60 days. We called to speak with the GM Chuck Tuesday, we have had no response. We just want the piece they removed returned and put back but have been informed until the GM returns our call next week nothing can be done. They are owned by Apex Service Partners who we have contacted with no response. Please beware of using this company and donâ t help them to leave more customers in situations like this. we keep calling integrity home solutions asking for an itemized bill that list all what they have done and parts. so far, we have not got anything what we are asking. so far, we are asking other air unit companies for quotes and we can't get any quotes higher the $7,444.07 for the same unit and all the others are lower and they charged us $12,642.00 with $500 off for military discount brings the total to $12,142.00 if this is not price gouging, I don't know what is. AND OUR HOA PRESIDENT JUST HAD A AIR UNIT INSTALLED AND SHE PAID UNDER $6,000

Hired this contractor to put in a new breaker electrical box. After they did the work 2 of their electricians came out and said poor work was done. The dept. mgr. says they have viewed the photos and it is up to code if so why will they not perform the final inspection done. I have contacted homeowners insurance to let them know in case of a fire or any problem done by electrical work they did. Homeowner pulling an investigation into the matter.

Communication with the company as far as making appointments- setting a window of time - hearing from the provider was very good. When the contractor arrived he did not check the wiring of the fixture in question. Just waved his hand at it said you have an electrical problem let me the circuit board. Proceeded to tell me to need to replace the whole board. No meters were ever used, no checking the circuitry in the fixture. (Which was strobing) I said no thank you. A friend tested the fixture off the wall and offsite it did the same thing strobed. I replaced the fixture myself with another, and it works just fine. Paid $39 for nothing.
