Brian is the owner and only employee of this company. I wanted to help a small company rather than using a big remodeling company. His quote was the best and promised delivery date was comparable to others. We decided to move forward in Feb 15, 2022 with a verbally provided lead time of 5 weeks. In the beginning, all went well, and appeared to have the work well done but at a very slow pace. During the 6 months that he worked on and off on the project, he provided multiple excuses in regards of why the project was not advancing (family issues out of state, kids getting sick, etc) in Mid August he stopped working on our house due to unknown reasons, in mid September he picked up most of his tools and never again answered our calls . To finish the project we called other contractors that have pointed out that the plumbing work had to be redone (needing to remove the expensive flooring that was installed) the electrical work was not done correctly needing to have a licensed electrician needing to re-do the work done and even the walls seemed to be done incorrectly where doors are not squared and require additional re-work. In all honesty I think he had good intentions but took a project that was too big for his company.

Brian did a great job of selling the project and a decent job of completion. There were several delays and he missed the deadline significantly but I believe in supporting small businesses so I tried to be patient. When the work was mostly done except for touch up and any warranty items, I made a big mistake and paid him the second half of his large contract amount. He has been next to impossible to get back in touch with (will not respond to emails, texts, or calls) and when I do catch him I get empty promises. Do NOT pay him until he is 100% done including all warranty items (including painting the areas where the paint was thin upon drying) I found out the hard way. Learn from my mistakes. I actually have several other projects I was hoping to have him do but I cannot do that now!

Brian was absolutely amazing. He removed a couple of weight bearing walls and inserted a steel beam so we could have one large open room. Extremely professional, excellent work and was always willing to explain things to us about the process and answer all our question. I definitely recommend using Palomino Group for any contracting needs! A . I can’t say enough good things.

Excellent work, prices were good, and the job was done the best you could do! I can't say enough good things! We have had work done by others so I know the differences between bad and good contractors. I've already referred him to my family!
