Integrity Lawn and Landscaping

I paid this contractor 1700.00 on April 22 for my landscape project. He has never shown up and now his phone is disconnected.

Gave estimate and that's what I paid, they also did not need money for the job up front. They arrived when they said they would. Cleaned up their debris before they left.

Gave me a fair appraisal of the job, what he would need to do and how long it would take. He was right on target on everything. Before he left I had him give me another estimate for another job I wanted done. I plan on hiring him for that as well.

The landscaping project turned out better than expected.I was skeptical at first because of his young age and limited experience. He's very pleasant,organized, and conscientious. My only mild gripe was the lack of choices given to me for my retaining border on my island bed. It curves in and out, so it is somewhat difficult. There are many styles, colors., sizes, and shapes of border stone that I think would have been a better fit. I wanted a more uniform look, but because of the large size and some irregular pieces some sections are difficult to manage any conformity. I get the "natural look", but a tighter look would have been preferable. But overall I was content with the entire project. He did more than just the border wall. The other work was great.I would recommend Gabe to others, since he also does tree cutting/trimming, gutter cleaning, and spring clean up.

Poor customer service when concern was made of quality of work. Did not return phonecalls.

Gabriel responded within minutes of my HomeAdvisor request. His proposal was reasonable for replacing wood and leveling steps going down a small hill in our backyard. He also cleaned our gutters. He was very professional and a pleasant young man to work with. He responded promptly to my call regarding the gutters which I thought were still clogged due to the rain dripping from the gutters. (My bad). The gutters were cleaned fine as he proved by running water through them with the garden hose - no dripping. The rain was rolling off the gutter guards. I was really amazed with Gabriel's prompt courteous service and plan to keep him in mind for future jobs.

an exceptionally nice young man but just not satisfied with the job performance

Gabriel was great! He responded shortly after I first contacted him completed work the same day - mowing my elderly parents lawn mowing my elderly parents lawn. Really impressed with his work and professionalism. The company that had been regularly tending the yard for years never returned my call - "told by service they don't cut lawns in Spring". Although parents have written checks to this company regularly for years! Their loss because I will tell everyone I know in Medina the story. GABRIELE AT INTEGRITY LAWNS ROCKS!

Gabriel responded quickly and arranged to clean my gutters the same day I called. He was professional and did a great job on my two story home. Would use his service again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

He has cleaned, graded, rock-hound, seeded, and promised to roll my yard. He has worked around the weather in order to get my yard in before inclement weather hits. Gabriel's quote was simple, complete and thorough. He came out and did exactly what we planned with (almost) no issues. He and his team worked tirelessly and expertly throughout and now my lawn and planting areas look great. I also hired his company to cut and trim my lawn, which is being done beautifully. Also, I am going to hire him to do some other projects I have in mind. (The only issue that came up during this project was that there was an accidental cutting of some flowers, but Gabriel replaced them with identical and very nice ones.)

Gabriel provided courteous, careful, conciencous service. After his first visit I contracted with him for the summer. Tell him what you want - once, and the result will be a great looking lawn. Trim, edging. and cleanup are included. You can get on-line billing as well.
