The repair serviceman arrived very shortly on the same afternoon. His truck was labeled Sears so he must have been a partner in the integrity partnership. He replaced both springs in a large garage door. Both of them were broken. He preferred a credit card to cash or a check and payment. That's always easiest for me. He also oiled the entire mechanism. I was very pleased with the fast service as I couldn't move the garage door at all.
