Do you need a quality HVAC or plumbing company now? You have found the right place! After 21 years in the plumbing and heating industry, Gary Shimmel started Integrity Plumbing and Heating Service, Inc., a full-service residential and commercial plumbing and heating contractor. We have received OSHA safety training in addition to being fully licensed and insured. As licensed plumbers, we trust Insinkerator and Rinnai for installations and replacements. Integrity Plumbing and Heating Service, Inc. offers warranties for all of its work. Residential work carries a three-year warranty on workmanship and commercial work and rental properties (residential or commercial) carry a two-year warranty. We offer emergency services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We also guarantee a return phone call within the next business day for any non-emergency calls. Estimates are always free and we offer various flat rates. In addition, we accept cash and checks. Please check our special offers for discounts and savings. Responded to my inquiry very quickly, came out to my house the same day, and fixed the problem with no fuss. Extremely helpful in suggesting a solution that was both sensible and inexpensive. Gary was well-equipped to complete the plumbing work that I needed done. He was knowledgable and contacted the plumbing fixture vendor to ask for assistance in removing a stripped screw from the faucet. The vendor did not have a fix and offered to provide a new fixture, freee of charge. I was very pleased wtih that outcome. I told Gary that I would call him when it arrived, to install the fixture.

First and foremost Mr. Shimmel honored my request to communicate via email since I am an offshift worker and that is my preference. His rates were of a good value...he did not inflate the price. He provided me with his complete assessment to my problems (plumbing that is) and how he came to the conclusions that he did. He did the work promptly and in a timely fashion. I am very pleased with his workmanship and I will use Integrity again for my future needs.

No one else came close. I called to get bids from different firms. One firm said he could do the work ASAP but he was over priced by 40% (no surprise why he wasn't busy) others failed to keep appointments or issues doing the job without trying to sneak in hidden costs. Integrity plumbing was busy, and I had to schedule 3 weeks out (this was a large job) but it was worth the wait so that I could do business with an honest firm who did a good job at a fair price. This is the only plumber (in camp hill) I came across who was professional, honest, and kept the prices right where they should be. I will use him for any future plumbing needs
