He charged $1200 and did not fix problem and would not come back.

"The client hired me to install a water heater with difficult access. I installed the water heater and left with no issues. Her piping in her crawl space developed a leak after I left and I could not get back to her job that Friday evening or the weekend. I did tell her how to turn off the water herself but she was not willing to do that. I offered to come and repair the pipe on the following Monday but the client refused because there would have been a service call and additional labor fees to repair the pipe. She called another plumber to come and turn off the water to the water heater and hired him to make the repair in the crawl space."

Didnt line up plumbing to the drain in sink. Very disappointed since we put vanity in place so that could be accomplished.

He was responsible and pleasant, but overcharged me, I felt, because he came twice to fix a problem I had. I felt he misdiagnosed the problem even though I told him that when I pushed down on the plunger it stopped running. He had a part in his truck to fix what he thought was the problem, but when the problem continued he came back the second time to fix the actual problem. I felt I could have easily replaced it with a new toilet for that cost. I'm willing to pay once for a $85 house call, but to charge me twice when I felt I had tipped him off as to the situation and he went another direction, he should have just charged me for the part only.

"Client's toilet ultimately required a complete rebuild of the flushing assembly in the tank. I replaced the flapper and believed the problem was fixed on the first visit. However, there was an issue with the flushing assembly which allowed a very small amount of water to continue to leak into the toilet. I didn't charge the customer a second diagnostic service fee, just charged for the additional parts and labor required to fix the problem. Client seemed very happy at the time."

Steve was very professional and responded very quickly to the estimate request. He scheduled the work within 2 weeks of his estimate. He answered all my questions as they came up (and I had a lot of questions). The work was billed as estimated. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him to my neighbors.

Steve replaced my well pump and water tank. I had a little problem with the noise from the pump. Called him and he came out and fixed it. I would hire him again for any of my plumbing probe\lems.
