I had three estimates. I thought all of the estimates were high. Integrity was not the lowest bid by far but John was the most enthusiastic and was the only one to offer referrals without being asked. One of the others did not even have a website because he said it was too expensive to maintain. Be prepared for dust and some additional charges especially if you have existing flooring, i.e. carpet tile or linoleum. No floor is perfectly flat. Overall I am extremely pleased with the job that jimmy and his partner did and would recommend Integrity Plus Floors to anyone needing to have floors installed. Once I get all the dust up my floors will look amazing

Great service, excellent quality installation by very precise technicians. Only complaint is company's policy of charging an additional fee for credit card use. Not convenient to drive all the way to Murrietta to write a check. Otherwise great company.

Great communications, good contract breakdown and comparable pricing. We replaced 1000 sqft with engineered wood. Also did some tile and a backplash. Like every flooring I station be aware of what lies under your current floor. Owner John explained each step and wilted with us.

Professionalism and efficiency are the words that come to mind ! I had no idea that a whole second floor hardwood install involves such hard work, precision cuts and afterward cleaning. The installers (Dustin and David) did an exceptional, perfect and beautiful install. I can say that they are artists in their trade ! Thanks guys ! I am a very happy customer. No wonder that the name of this business starts with the word "Integrity".

They are very accommodating if you have animals you need to work around. They are on time and check with you if any questions before proceeding with work. Very good at explaining things as they come up. I would highly recommend this company.

They were very professional and we were very happy with the results.

I was looking for someone to laminate my stairs, but I was worried that the rounded bottom stairs would be an issue. I hired them to laminate my stairs after Jody came over and checked everything out to make sure they could do the job, upon which he stated Oh yea, we can do this. He even called back to the office and conferred with Nash on whether or not they could do the job and then said yes, they could. It wasnt until three weeks later when Jimmy (who doesnt work for Integrity Plus Floors....they subcontract out the work, if thats the right word for it, and which is probably normal business, but something I wasnt aware of) asked me what the plan was for the rounded stairs. Ok, first problem....Integrity Plus never shared the issues with the person doing the contract? Why else would he ask the customer what the plan was because he was never told about rounded stairs. He said there was no way he could do it with the material he had on hand. I told him that this was not what was told to me when I hired them. I called Jody, who again said they could do the job. So I asked for proof. Send me a picture of a job that was done like mine. I never got that photo. Jimmy then told me that he could do it, but it would be a series of 20 degree angles to make the curve and it would look jagged in a sense. I sent Jimmy away with the material since he was not going to be able to do the job the way I wanted it, and I then drove 45 mins to Murrietta to do a face-to-face. When I got there, Nash confirmed that Jody called him, but Jody never told him that I wanted the stair smooth looking. I re-stated that I wanted the stairs smooth, and Nash said he would email John. I asked if we could call him. John was on another job, and I explained my concerns. He agreed that it should have been addressed at the beginning since we would have to come up with a different plan. Ok, so how much is it going to cost, John? Well, I dont know I will have to get back to the office and run some numbers. As I sat there waiting for John to give me something, anything that relayed he understood the concern....I got nothing. No apology for their mistake. No apology for wasting my time (considering they were supposed to be working my house at that very moment) Nothing I was not a priority for them. At that point, I hung up with John and told Nash that I want my money back. They initially told me that they wanted about 300 for a down payment just to get the material ordered. I gave them 1000. When I called the next day and spoke to John, he said that he had to talk to his team before we could get anything refunded. Why? Well, he stated that Jody was saying that he never told us that they could do it. Those simple words that he said repeatedly to us, he was now saying he never said it. Straight out lie I absolutely lost respect for every single person there after that comment. I spent the next few days trying to get a hold of John, who seemed too busy to r

Integrity plus floors did a great job installing my new laminate. It took a little while for them to get started with the project, but overall we love how everything turned out. The staff was very friendly and were very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend integrity plus floors to my friends and family.
