Integrity Restorations

They replaced my roof 4 years ago and it has completely failed. i have hired a new roofing company to replace the roof. The fascia and soffit have been irreparably damaged due to water infiltration. Their bond expired shortly after completing work on my roof, so not able to go after him through his bond. Do not trust Jeremiah to do any work on your home.

This guy is not licensed or bonded in Washington state as advertised. He does not stand by his work. Our driveway is in worse condition than before. We have a neighbor who was also taken by him. BEWARE!

Untrustworthy. Laid a new asphalt driveway for us. The work that was completed was done well by the sub. However, the work was not completed to satisfaction. The agreed-upon length of the driveway paving was not met. It was not the end of the world, but we agreed upon the end line, and it was missed. A discount of couple hundred dollars was offered by Jeremiah, but his bid was still nearly $400 more than the two other quotes I received so not much of a discount. To make it right I suggested a refund be provided of $100. Jeremiah agrees with this. I provided the Cash app and Venmo for the refund. For 5 weeks he told me he was having problems with his accounts, and here we are. Not a person or company I would do business with again.

They came out very quickly for an emergency repair. Work was very well done. Cleanup was great. New roof looks better than the old one. They also repaired my fence and cleaned up the fallen tree. Would definitely hire again.

I can not believe you did this to me you took my money and stopped answering my calls that is $5,000.

Jeremy has a very experienced crew for tile roof repair that is responsible and finished job on time.. Job cost was within range he promised me which is good.

It was done to my expectations

They were very open from the beginning. They had a quote on the first visit. That

It took longer than I thought, but the end product was good. Justin his team worked hard in 90 degrees heat. fixing and painting my large deck, replacing a floor in my gazebo. I would recommend them.

Their crew worked very hard and efficient. Put in 10 hours the last day to finish on time.

I like to say they keep their word and delivered what they promised. Outstanding job. Thank you.

Nice to be able to choose from a wide range of colors. Deck refurbished scraped, sealed, primed, and painted. Quick scheduling, timely work crew, and a result that makes me smile. Thank you.

Very well pleased. Clean and Professional

Jeremiah and the crew did a amazing job on our asphalt sealing coating project would definitely recommend them

Unbelievable poor communication. Missed appointments, consistently late for work. Demands cash only and does not want to provide an invoice unless forced. Does not know how to do a line item invoice. Accused us of trying to rip him off and said if we did not give him immediate cash on Monday he would rip the work off. Prices are very high and will not work with insurance at all. Charges more if he has to work with insurance. Jerimiah does not want to give a straight answer. We were treated so poorly I cant believe I paid him. Just never wanted to see him again. He trusts nobody. If you are ok with that, use him and pay cash immediately. He accused me of treating him like a laborer. First off I never used a laborer. Secondly, if you cant run a business with an invoice and 30 days to pay you basically are a laborer. He is licensed, insured and bonded, I looked it up. I asked him his business name for instance and he said I should have asked him 3 days ago. I asked for a photo of his business card at least, he did not have one. He is untrustworthy. I had to use a cash app to his email address for a deposit. Please consider the start rating and shop elsewhere. For a roof you can wait, a reputable roofer will tarp off the leak until a proper estimate can be received. I have not had a problem I needed to hire for. Not sure I will use home advisor again if these are the kind of contractors you get. He should not be on here. Follow-up 3/31 Jeremiah called and left a message Monday trying to intimidate me for leaving an accurate review. Stated he is sending my payment back and will have his lawyer contact me. For what? Paying you overpriced for your work? Laughable at this point.

The owner Jeremiah does not tell the truth. They will rectify problems, but they do not come when they say they will. I think he comes up with a price off the top of his head. He does not provide an invoice. He does have some worker that do a good job, but you do not know who you are going to get.

Jeremiah is uncommunicative, untrustworthy, and ripped us off. Although the quality of work was great, do not hire Integrity Restorations.

I had an amazing experience with this company. They were able to make it out within hours of requesting their service to clean my roof and gutters. They went above and beyond what my expectations were and even did extra work to help me out with no additional charge. Definitely a company with heart!

Jeremiah did not listen to us about our roof repair. The original scope of work was not correct and was so vague that he could easily say that he should charge us more. The roof worker said that the estimator was often wrong. He came back to our house and argued with us about what he said he would do, based on memory and not a clear scope of work. They collected cash for a job immediately after work was done, so no time to review the job and see if the leak was fixed, which it was not.

I needed emergency roof repairs due to a severe storm. This contractor was the only one who was able to come out within one day (others were scheduling weeks or months out). I understand that the high price I paid was in return for the quick response. However, it was a very steep price ($3,400 to replace the boots around 3 second-story roof vents). We found afterward that this contractor did not obtain the mandatory city business license from our city, does not appear to have workers comp insurance, and the worker on the roof did not use the mandatory safety harness while on our roof. I was happy that the worker checked all of our roof vents, and the roof overall, while he was up there. We knew that we had one leaking vent, but he spotted two others that also needed repair. He also gave me a brief description of the condition of our roof.

Very responsive and professional! They attacked our difficult, 3 building, tear-off, repair and reroof job with a highly competent and efficient crew and finished the entire job in 2 days.

After the last wind storm we lost some roof tiles. Jeremiah was able to provide a same-day estimate. The work was scheduled the next day, and I'm happy with the end result.

He skipped town after I gave him 12.5k to order my railing to be installed as per our contract, He lied and said he had sent a cashier check, then he said paid by CC, finally I had to pay the railing company myself. Now he is nowhere to be found. Avoid all businesses associated with Jeremiah Mitchell or Jeremiah Ephrem.

Great job, would hire again
