Vince Letine, VP, responded quickly to our inquiry, provided an easy to understand estimate, answered all our questions, seemed extremely knowledgeable about the work, and performed the work to our satisfaction in May 2021.. He promptly returned our calls, made scheduling the time to perform the work easy, arrived promptly, cleaned up well after himself, and acted professionally every step of the way. His estimate, when compared to other roofers we approached, was more thorough and seemed to be priced reasonably for the work requested. He provided an easy to understand, written guarantee. We have since recommended him to several of our neighbors to do the same work for them. We would rehire him.

Very professional job done

If any of us were experts in everything, we wouldnâ t need sites like this where we take the word of complete strangers as to the quality of various types of work. Itâ s especially harrowing when youâ ve been around the block a few times, have white hair and are classified as female. Iâ ve lived in my present house for almost two decades and have had a couple of roof leaks during that time. Because of my experience with the previous repair people, I was a bit gun shy and there was no way I was calling either company back. However, when the existing leak turned into two leaks which then became three, the harsh truth was I needed a whole new roof. I interviewed five different companies and Iâ m sooo happy that I chose Integrity Roofing and Waterproofing. Both gentlemen are pleasant and knowledgeable. They respond to any questions or concerns within 24 hours. Their work crews are neat and courteous. The final product was not only fantastic it was beyond my expectations. Integrity Roofing is a 5 star company.

Actually showed up to give the estimate. Once hired they scheduled for 9am. The workers showed up at exactly 9am. We now have a roofer that we are happy to recommend.

Great service and fair pricing.

I had recently moved into the home, so when I realized I had a leak, I was very concerned as I didn't know it was a recurring/major issue. Vince promptly came out and provided an estimate. During his visit, Vince was very professional, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. This put my mind at rest. The technician that actually completed the work was also very professional, courteous and knowledgeable.
