He was extremely knowledgeable on documentation, adjuster communication, and scope alignment, which made the claim process smooth and efficient. The work itself was executed with precision, timelines were respected, and there were no surprises. As a general contractor, they clearly understand both the construction side and the insurance side—which is critical.
