Gavin is wonderful to work with, knows his pool stuff for sure. I have hired him on a weekly bases and very happy I did, even thru the winter he would come and check the hot tub. Will continue to use this company for a long time to come.

We were thrilled to find Gavin last year for the 2015 pool season and excited that there is now a choice for pool service, repair and maintenance. He not only maintained our pool for the season, but he also installed a new heater, pump, filter, and switched our system from a chlorine base to salt water. The previous company had been unable to maintain the chemicals without a strong oder, discouraged us from switching to salt (even though that is what we wanted), and quoted us a very high price to replace the aging heater while continuing to charge us regularly for repairing the old heater (many times the same repair being done). When Gavin assessed our equipment and pool he was able to provide us with several options and completed all the work for significantly less than the previous company had quoted and had everything up and running by the start of the pool season. 2015 was our 3rd year in this house with the pool and it was the first year we had full use of the pool for the entire season (previous years had lots of down times due to repairs and waiting for the parts and personnel to arrive to fix the issue) Gavin's business name accurately reflects his business practices. He operates with the utmost integrity. He is competent, friendly, honest and his charges are reasonable and reflect the services rendered (not all the surcharges his competitor adds on to hourly rates and work performed). We will continue to use Gavin and Integrity Spa and Pool and can wholeheartedly recommend him and his company!
