Reviews
Write a ReviewBEWARE!!! Please read before you hire this company!!! I hired Integrity Spray Foam to add some foam insulation to our attic and 2 walls of our house. The company completed the job satisfactorily, however, the crew damaged our A/C ducting during installation, costing me $1,300 to fix. Two days prior to the insulation being installed, I had 2 new A/C ducts put in and all the ducting and the unit checked to ensure everything was working properly. As soon as the insulation was done, my A/C unit began to freeze up and cool air wasn't blowing into the house. My A/C contractor had to reattach several of the ducts that they had some how disconnected, try to expand the ducts that they had smashed, & completely replace 3 ducts because they were so badly damaged. When I called Miguel, the owner, to let him know this and ask if he would pay to have the issue fixed, he flat-out refused and started bad-mouthing me. Very unprofessional & very bad business practices. Do NOT hire!
They are friendly and professional but wish they would have set better expectations. We wanted sound insulation in a wall. They completed the work, making sure to protect furniture in the room, but it did not make any difference at all. I can hear conversations through the wall even more clearly than before. I would have preferred they told me that it would not be worth it. Insulation cost of $2,000, plus drywall repair and painting to patch up the holes, and we are still needing to invest in additional acoustic paneling to dampen the noise transfer. I am sure for all other insulation purposes, this is a good value but wish we would not have done this because it was a waste of money.
The team was on time, courteous and professional.
They are prompt, efficient and thorough.
Can't say enough positive. Very responsive to every communication after scheduling but before actual work done. I believe Miguel knows his business very well and seems extremely conscientious.
Very courteous, left the place cleaner than they found it. Did very good job.
They were extremely professional and actually left the place cleaner than they found it. Price wise I would have gave them six stars instead of five if it was available. For anything I'll hire them again.
I called about 20 businesses but because I had a small job and live in a mobile home, Miguel was the only one who was willing to help me. He applied closed cell spray foam insulation to a metal ceiling in a small space to stop condensation which had resulted in mold and mildew growing on the ceiling inside the space. They arrived on time, were very professional and cleaned up after the job was complete. They even helped me reconnect a light fixture that originated in the small space. Lastly, Miguel worked with me on the price which no one else was willing to even consider. I give Integrity Spray Foam Insulation and Miguel my highest rating.
I HIGHLY RECOMMED,
â ¢On Time â ¢Job done Right â ¢Fantastic Customer Service â ¢Great honest Price â ¢ Not afraid to get dirty (Single Wide Trailer) â ¢Even will give back pay (Drywall guy charged for cutting extra foam off stud) I recommend Miguel to all my family and friends! 10 out of 10
