Mike did a fantastic job. Straight forward kind of guy. He installed quartz countertops in our kitchen (along with an undercounter sink) and in the bathroom after removing the old laminate tops. Before we contacted Integrity, we initially had concerns about whether our tile backsplash would/could remain in tact since they would have to remove the old top which was under the tile. No problem, not a single crack or chip in the tile! He did exactly what he told us he would do and in the time frame he had told us. He and his helper were also neat and mindful about not making too much of a mess. After completion of the job, they cleaned/picked up whatever mess was made - no surprises! Also, Mike was always prompt for his appointments and thorough in his assessment and follow-through. Very easy and flexible to deal with. Both Mike and Jenna (at the showroom) were both very personable and seemed to care about getting the job done right and to our satisfaction. We have already recommended Mike to some friends and will not hesitate to recommend him again to others. Wish all people you hire for projects had the same 'integrity' and work ethic. G&L P

I hired them to install porcelain tile on my kitchen and bathroom floors, They did an excellent job. However when I accidentally chipped a tile, I contacted them for a repair. That was January 2014. In September, thay still had not come to make the repair. I contacted them again and the owner said his repair man would be out the nest week, It is now July of 2016 and I am still waiting. Apparently they are anxious to do the initial job and could care less about customer service when it is needed.

Mike was a pleasure to work with. Very responsive to e-mail and phone calls. He installed quartz countertops, undermount sink, and a tile backsplash. My counters are beautiful.

Mike Cooper did a great job of installing our Countertops at our Lake Cavanaugh property. It was such a pleasure to work with Mike. He is incredibly prompt at communicating. When I was having trouble making decisions he was so patient and gave me individual attention, suggestions and ideas. I am so glad I trusted his expertise as my kitchen looks amazing! I got bids from other companies but Mike's profesionalism, attention to detail, personalility and service was by far better than any others. Even the staff at the warehouse say he's awesome!

Mike was great to work with from start to finish. He was involved every step of the way. His estimate for work was not the least expensive nor was it the most, the price we paid was very fair which we compared to the other 3 estimates we received from other local businesses so we feel very satisfied. I had a small chip in my brand new granite counter top and could find no one that wanted to come out on a small job to repair. Left message for Mike, he contacted me a day later and told me he would call Monday to arrange a time. He was out here on Tuesday morning and did a wonderful job. Does what he says

Mike was excellent to work with from day 1 till after the job was completed. Mike visited the house multiple times before he was actually hired to do the countertop installation and came back to the house immediately after the job was completed to make minor pick-ups to the tile and grout. Countertops were installed 1 1/2 weeks after the granite slab was chosen. Would recommend using Mike without reservations and plan to hire him again for my family room buffet area and kitchen

Called the number and he was in our home installing the new counter tops in a very short time frame from that point. I called Mike with Integrity Granite and Tile after reading the reviews here on HomeAdvisor. I had 2 previous bids, one from a "recommended" pro who took no measurements, and then told me he only did tile work, but not slabs. The other said my home was a "hard job" and bid very high. Mike returned my call instantly, measured everything well (3 bathrooms and a kitchen), and recommended a beautiful granite slab that he had which fit a "beachy" look we wanted. He quoted me a very competitive price before he left our home, and craftsmanship, skill in installing and finish work are beautiful.
