They were very knowledgeable. The inside and outside of my home was treated. The job was completed within the week. Plus they have a one year warranty on their work. Ryan came to treat the outside. I thought he was very nice, professional, and went above and beyond.

Do not use this company ....they have no integrity. I contacted the Department of Ag to investigate this company. They took a soil sample to see if the treatment was done properly.After a lengthy process, they were fined $1,100 for non compliance of proper strength of the pesticide application, changing graph of application and not informing me of the change, and not providing the disclosure Information concerning the pesticide that was used. After receiving the full investigation report from the Dept.of Ag., they had forged my name on one of the documents! This is not acceptable!! WARNING......BEWARE!!!!!

"We always appreciate reviews and thank you for this review. This job was completed and completely done correctly, there were slab cracks in foundation issues and a leak in the foundation which caused a termite issue to begin with that we were unaware of. Upon going back to the clients home to reinspect the property after the job was complete one of her contractors were at the house when I instructed them they needed to pull up the floor so the contractor continued and pulled up maybe 3 feet from the wall out into the bedroom of the wood floor. Upon removing the floor multiple slab cracks were found a leak in the slab was found."

I just needed an inspection and estimate. He told me he didn't think I had a rodent problem as he did not see evidence but gave me a suggestion on how to tell for sure. He did not charge me for service call.

Issues with skunk burrowing next to/under home..Agreed to pay for removal and repair. Concerned they were burrowing under fountain and never advised differently..Nothing caught for 2 months, but trap wasn't properly maintained. Ended up baiting and resetting trap several times myself. Either they missed something on initial inspection and thought damage was more extensive, or they knew it all along. Burrow that was thought to be under home ended up being just beside home foundation. Trapping unnecessary as burrow was superficial at best; not enough to house any skunk. Repair work and expenses were excessive given the extent of damages (could have done it myself).

I don't know if all the termites are gone. It takes 30-45 days to kill them, so not enough time has passed for me to really know. I liked the owner of the company, who diagnosed the problem. The workers who treated it seemed like they weren't as good, but I really can't judge this well.

Ken was very polite, professional and informative. He was prompt in responding and assessed the attic situation quickly. He explained what he saw and gave suggestions but in this case we caught the squirrel before it could do any damage. Ken pointed to the possible entry area and made a suggestion for a quick fix. Since no animal was captured, this was all part of his free estimate and we are so grateful for him. If I ever need this service, we will call him. This was in the Mansfield Texas area.

The tech that was sent out was a very polite young man, I did most of the talking,I think he was just ready to go home. I suggested that we walk around the house so that maybe he could help me figure out how the snake got into my house,then I gave him a container that had the dead snake in it but him never really looked at it so I still don't know what kind it was. While I know that a business has expenses but to charge me the amount that I was charged well let's just say it was way too much. You can imagine my surprise when I was told that the treatment that would be used would be Snake Away now this is something that can be purchased at Home Depot and I'm sure other outlets. I thought that Pest service maybe had a treatment that I could not buy myself. I think I'll be treating my own home with the snake away I bought at the store for about 14.00 myself. Thanks for your service but I will no longer be in need of it.

"Thank you for the review this particular client was an estimate that we were going out to do we did look at the snake it was a garden snake and we did tell the client that it would be cheaper for them to use the Home Depot material for their particular issue. Don't expect rodent control to be cheap. It will run at least $1000. I checked with a few companies, and they offer different services. The major cost difference was that some companies try to sell you additional services that you may or may not need. This company did not try to upsell.

Cost $50 for them to come out and just say the nests were swallows so they couldnt do anything because they were protected creatures. But when he left and we looked up swallows, the nests that we saw online vs what we have were completely different. The ones in the picture had mud on them to hold the sticks and grass together but our nests did not. The other nest had a pigeon in it. This guy did not even use his ladder to go up to look. So he swindled us out of $50 for just being there 10 mins.

"First off thank you for the review. Upon inspection of the nest that was right outside of the window (no ladder needed), the nests there were 2 were in fact swallow nests. These are protected and there was a baby that the Mrs did see. We under no circumstances will break the law and remove birds that are protected. Although I know there's a lot of information you can read on the internet, some truth some not so much. We did the right thing and will continue to do so. Thank you."
