They were very knowledgeable. The inside and outside of my home was treated. The job was completed within the week. Plus they have a one year warranty on their work. Ryan came to treat the outside. I thought he was very nice, professional, and went above and beyond.

Do not use this company ....they have no integrity. I contacted the Department of Ag to investigate this company. They took a soil sample to see if the treatment was done properly.After a lengthy process, they were fined $1,100 for non compliance of proper strength of the pesticide application, changing graph of application and not informing me of the change, and not providing the disclosure Information concerning the pesticide that was used. After receiving the full investigation report from the Dept.of Ag., they had forged my name on one of the documents! This is not acceptable!! WARNING......BEWARE!!!!!

We always appreciate reviews and thank you for this review. This job was completed and completely done correctly, there were slab cracks in foundation issues and a leak in the foundation which caused a termite issue to begin with that we were unaware of. Upon going back to the clients home to reinspect the property after the job was complete one of her contractors were at the house when I instructed them they needed to pull up the floor so the contractor continued and pulled up maybe 3 feet from the wall out into the bedroom of the wood floor. Upon removing the floor multiple slab cracks were found a leak in the slab was found.

I just needed an inspection and estimate. He told me he didn't think I had a rodent problem as he did not see evidence but gave me a suggestion on how to tell for sure. He did not charge me for service call.

Issues with skunk burrowing next to/under home..Agreed to pay for removal and repair. Concerned they were burrowing under fountain and never advised differently..Nothing caught for 2 months, but trap wasn't properly maintained. Ended up baiting and resetting trap several times myself. Either they missed something on initial inspection and thought damage was more extensive, or they knew it all along. Burrow that was thought to be under home ended up being just beside home foundation. Trapping unnecessary as burrow was superficial at best; not enough to house any skunk. Repair work and expenses were excessive given the extent of damages (could have done it myself).

Thank you for the review. They actually burrowed into the ground under the foundation we removed three skunks from the property and sealed the hole.

I don't know if all the termites are gone. It takes 30-45 days to kill them, so not enough time has passed for me to really know. I liked the owner of the company, who diagnosed the problem. The workers who treated it seemed like they weren't as good, but I really can't judge this well.
