Treated home for spiders with very limited results. They requested to be paid to return and treat again. Very dissatisfied with quality of work and business practices. Would not recommend this company.

I had just moved into this house a few months earlier and moved from a state were we didn't have a problem with bugs and then I started seeing ants in a couple of places in the house. I had them treat for ants. I have cats and they used a spray that would not be harmful to them. They sprayed inside and outside with something that was supposed to get back to the nest and not just kill on contact. I did see a few ants in the house again about 3 weeks later and they came back and sprayed again for free. I haven;t seen any since. There was an odd situation that occurred right after they sprayed. I got up one morning and found thousands of cucumber beetles dead on my front porch. There is no explanation as to why the beetles came to my house but it appears that the broad spectrum spray they used killed the beetles.

We just bought a new house and in the process of unpacking saw a couple of bugs. I was devastated, crying and upset. I did some research over the weekend and planned on calling a big name company 1st thing Monday morning. I also looked on Home Advisor for advice and recommendations. Before I had a chance to call Monday I received a call from Ryan at Integrity Pest Control at 8:30 am. I told him I was on my way to work and would call him right back. I got to work, looked up his reviews on H.A and was very impressed. I called him back and he was so nice and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me in detail and told me he would take care of it. He came the next day and he really went above and beyond! He made sure all of our pet bowls were out of the house (moved them himself), helped my husband move my birds to the back yard and just payed attention to every detail-even making sure my dish sponges weren't contaminated. His customer service is top rate and I have not seen 1 bug since. I would not call anyone else. I'm so glad he called me that day and got to me 1st. He's got my business from now on. Super nice guy and very efficient. He knows his stuff!

I rated feel like Integrity did a great job. I rated them 5 on everything except for Value for the money on which I gave them a 4.5 only because I did not know do not know the what would be a good price for the treatment. I did think the price was reasonable.

They were very professional, explained everything beforehand, came on time, and sent a report and pictures when done. Overall, an excellent experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone else. Great job!

They were terrific and accommodated my tight schedule. After filling out the online form they called quickly and came out as scheduled the next day to pretreat for termites on a detached out building I was having installed. Customer service does not get much better.

I definitely recommend Integrity Termite. Ryan and Kevin did an outstanding job. They inspected my house and crawl space and identified more sites of termite activity than all other firms combined. They followed the manufacturers directions to apply Termidor HE. In addition, they drilled holes in my foundation walls, piers, and chimney base to apply the Termidor HE. They were also helpful in moving big heavy items in my garage. I know it will take 90 days to kill the colony. However, I already see evidence that the Termidor HE is working. Mud columns that previously were replaced in days by the termites have not been replaced once. Besides being very professional, they were a pleasure to have at my house.
