Out-of-State Moving Service
I do not recommend using this moving company. The sales process was fine, very professional. But that was the last of it. The movers were 2 days late to pick up our furniture. They were rude and not very careful. They scratched up my brand new washer and dryer. They put a big dent in the side of our stand up freezer. I tried to file a claim but the process was so cumbersome that I finally gave up. Also, like others have said, you cannot reach anyone by phone. Save yourself a lot of stress and hire someone else.

This was the most deceptive and unprofessional company I have ever worked with in my life. They lied about the transportation, delivery time, insurance and cost. They damaged most of my goods and refused to correspond with me regarding any claim. Their own insurance claim company even drop them as a client because of the lack of response with them. They damage over $3000 of goods and only offered me $195 for a settlement. Refused to answer or returned any of my calls. DO NOT use Integraty Van lines or Swift moving and storage it will be the worst experience you will ever have dealing with a moving company. Make sure to read all the fine print on their lengthy contract. Make sure you don’t do the move on a weekend because they are unavailable to talk to over the phone. There is no way that HomeAdvisory inc did any kind of review of this company based on the experience I had.

Demanded cash payment as they were taking all our belongings away in a truck. Refused credit card payment. Really thought they are scamming so we cancelled move with them. However they still made off with 600 of our money as non refundable deposit. Don?t use this company

Terrible experience. Key issues: 1. Integrity Van Lines agent estimated the cost of my move over the phone (FaceTime) and it turned out to be very inaccurate, where I had to pay 50% more than the estimate. Although i have asked the agent for having a company representative visit our house and estimate the job cost, the agent insisted that her phone/video estimate is the same and very close to an in person estimate. The estimate was $4,500, and i ended up paying $7,076! 2. Integrity Van Lines subcontracted another company to move my furniture, which did not appear or act professionally. They drove from their base in New Jersey to do a job between North Carolina and Virginia! 3. Integrity Van Lines agent and the driver confirmed to me what was stated in the “estimate” that they will unpack every item that was packed in our old house, however, that did not happen. My wife and I had to unpack most of the items, unfold boxes, stack all cardboards, and trash them in the following 36 hours! 4. I was not satisfied with the unprofessional service of this company. The movers were rough, impolite, and talked behind my back when I delayed their tips (main driver said about me: “he’s a stingy rat”), I heard it by coincidence when I went to check on them at the back of the truck. That said, I have given them US$300 as tips, hoping they take the time to unpack our furniture. They have not. 5. I have sent 4 emails to Integrity Van Lines to tell them that I am disappointed from the service and shared with the agent a number of photos to prove the issue. I have also called the manager 2-3 times to ask about waiving the additional unpacking fee ($1400), but no one ever wrote back to me about this! I tried to dispute the down payment through my credit card company, but that was declined, since the credit card company does not dispute for "quality" of services. I have documents and photos to support my review. If a senior manager from Integrity Van Lines is interested in understanding more about the quality of his/her company's services, i would be willing to share those. And, i still believe i should be reimbursed for the additional unpacking services ($1,400).

They appeared nice on the phone andceilling to help. But the bottom line is the didn’t finalize my move which meant the estimate was off, even though I sent pictures and e-mails. Moving van showed up and then left refused to take my stuff because estimate and inventory didn’t match. It took then 7 days to get another truck and I kept getting the run-around and of course now I’m paying a considerable amount more than estimate, movers were not professional and we had to help load van to get out of house I was supposed to be gone 9 days ago! Refused to reduce rate, did not protect or do as promised. Honestly felt lucky to get my things at destination. New drivers arrived with my stuff and they were the highlight of the fiasco.

The experience was great during booking but after they had my money, difficult to get ahold of. I was frustrated with the lack of communication about payment. They took a credit card for the initial deposit, then said they would take a personal check at pickup but then the day before pickup said I needed a cashiers check then at delivery had to have a money order. Of course cash was always an option but then you don't have proof of payment. The loading team mislabeled about half of the load so it was difficult to make sure we had everything at delivery. The Delivery team was awesome.

The drivers and workers were outstanding on both pick up and delivery. They worked incredibly hard and long hours. The management / office staff were terrible. I called many, many times and could not reach them. It ended up working with the drivers in order to get the job done.

After I contracted with them they were hard to get in touch with after telling me that they would be handling the entire move even after they contracted with their subcontractor. The subcontractor that packed everything was excellent, the guys that delivered were okay and left a couple of glass pieces still with the packing blankets and cardboard on them. They also left the cardboard outside without telling me. I also contacted the subcontractor about a box that was missing and I never heard back from them.

Do not hire these people. They lie about everything they do. Go to consumer advocates for recommended movers. I am surprised Home Advisor wold endorse these clowns. They broke so many items and so many things were missing. They lied about delivery. They lied who they hire. They lie that they are not a broker. Just so many lies. They are just a criminal enterprise. This company would be the reason why the moving industry needs more regulation and consumer protection. Save yourself some grief. ..Do not hire these people--you will regret it!!

I have pictures of my furniture that was damaged. Almost every piece was damaged. A complete set of china wasn’t packed but left inside the dining room buffet even after telling them it was there a couple of times and asking if they packed it when they were carrying it out. The crew in Fort Worth got into several fights and were yelling at each other in the middle of my street. The Tucson crew couldn’t believe the condition of my household goods and kept calling me when something else was found during unloading. Tucson crew was excellent.

It was an absolute nightmare that kept getting worse! Stay away from this company! The man who delivered my stuff was abusive to me. On top of all the abuse I took from him the company lost 20 of my boxes which they never even tried to find. I cant say enough bad things about this company. Also they brokered out my job and lied about that they would do that from the get go. I almost cancelled when I got a call from a third party moving company saying they were hired by Integrity to do my job. I wish I had cancelled but I didnt have enough time to find another moving company. There are 2 different companies with this name The one I used is located in Florida. There is another one that I think might do a better job.

This company was awful...we were charged $2,500 extra for "professional packing" to have our china and other items packed by the movers. I am not a "professional packer", but even I know that you don't pack a framed, glassed piece of art in the same box as a metal lamp with no packing material between them and expect the art work to arrive undamaged (the glass was shattered, and the mat was damaged). The door-to-door service was two days late, and the drop-off was started at 7:30 in the evening. When the delivery crew showed up, they stated that the only final payment they would accept was a postal money order. According the contract and various emails I had received, cash or postal money order was acceptable. Where was I going to get a postal money order at 7:30 in the evening? I had the cash, but the driver refused to take it. He finally got permission to accept a WalMart money order, so I had to drive to two different WalMarts (10+ miles away) to get the money orders we needed. The crew left at 2:30 in the morning and said they would return the following day to finish. They never came back, just took the money and disappeared. According to the signed contract, the company was supposed to reassemble any furniture that they disassembled during pick-up. That didn't happen - they stacked all of the stuff in the garage and left it. My husband is disabled, and we are both almost 70 years old. There is no way we could reassemble beds, shelving units, china cabinets, set up the washer and dryer, and do other similar tasks. We tried to do as much as we were capable of doing, but I was covered in bruises, and we had to bring in other folks to take care of reassembling our items, unwrapping and hooking up the washer and dryer, removing moving blankets from disassembled furniture, and carrying heavy items upstairs. In addition, we had a number of items that "disappeared" including jewelry, a brand new "Green Egg" barbecue, and bed frame. I was not given any kind of inventory to check off to be sure we had received all of our goods, and the pick-up inventory did not reflect the condition of the items. I had no idea the items were missing until two days later. When I tried to contact the company headquarters, the VP of Operations, the dispatch person, the moving company driver, and any others that might assist, no one would answer the phone or respond to the many phone or text messages I left. We paid almost $14,000 to these folks, and they definitely breached their contract and left us in a horrible position. I feel that we were discriminated against and taken advantage of due to our ages and my husband's disability. I think it is a shame that a Viet Nam veteran was treated so shabbily. This was our 23rd move, and the most horrible experience ever. Stay away from these guys!

The biggest complaint I have is the lack of communication within this company. I did have a good experience upfront with Paul, and he did offer his personal number, which I utilized more than once. He was the only one I could ever reach. I think, though, Paul could have done a better job of estimating how much room I would need on the truck, and how much stuff I had. He asked me about certain items, but there was a lot more and as a result they couldn't fit everything onto the truck. As a result, the binding contract was not binding, it was way under quoted. My next communication problem is with the young men who came to pack my things. There were 3 of them and two could not speak or understand English, the third one understood and spoke English so-so. I had a hard time communicating with them. They didn't take some of the things I asked them to take and took things I said to leave. Very frustrating. Plus, the one in charge was constantly on the phone asking about charges or some other problems. I also was never told I would need a money order to pay for half of it...I assumed they would take a credit card. Then, when I get the call about my things arriving, I find out it is with North American van lines. The men who delivered were great, friendly and helpful, but I find I didn't get everything. Specifically, I did not get my ladder that was supposed to come. Because I haven't unpacked yet, I'm wondering if there are other things missing. I can't seem to find any phone number or person to contact about missing items. There are too many people involved in this process to figure out who to call. Plus, it was WAY MORE expensive than I was quoted. $5,000 more, to be exact! People were friendly and helpful, but I do not see much integrity in the way things were handled.

We were given an estimate over the phone based on how many boxes we had and the size of the boxes plus our furniture. We were told we had to pay 1/3 up front (about $1,400), 1/3 in cash at the time of pick up and 1/3 at delivery. After the crew loaded up all of our stuff the driver pulled out a sheet of paper and said he needed to reconcile what the estimate indicated would be moved and what was really moved. He went on to say how we had more ex-large, large and medium boxes than stated on the estimate and not as many smal boxes as stated. He also states even though we stated our dresser and amour they were extra large. Because of all of this we owed $1,800 more than the estimate. I did not have a copy of the estimate available so I asked for a copy of the sheet he used to make this determination. He refused. He then said I had to pay 60% of the total mount (the original estimate plus the additional $1,800) right then. I told him I did not have that much cash on me and he said "that's OK, I will take a check". I told him I had already paid $1,400 but he said that did not count and I had to pay 60% of the inflated total right then. I was able to jot down a few details of the discrepancies between our estimate and what he said was really moved at that time and when I again had access to the original estimate it appeared to me that the driver had incorrect information about our estimate. Our estimate was pretty close to what he said was moved. I contacted Integrity and informed them we were overcharged and I would appreciate it if they could get the reconciliation form from the driver and compare it to the estimate. After almost 2 months and many, many phone cAlls I am still waiting. Usually when I talk to someone I am told either the person I need to talk to is out, or at lunch and they will call me back. I never get a call back. Sometimes I am told the driver has never submitted the paperwork for our job even though it ha been almost 2 months. I have been told that the driver has been directly talked to on at least 3 occasaions and has promised to e-mail the reconciliation sheet to the office at the end of the day but he has never done so. I believe the action of the driver is a case of extortion. Once our stuff was packed up in the truck he just made up a story to get us to pay a large sum of money. I have reported this to the Washington State AG office. Even though Integrety contracts out some work I am told that our movers (Alpha-Omega) is part of the same company. Integrity has done nothing to remedy our situation. I do not recommend using this company.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They use subcontractor's and the subcontractors do not care about the customers. They do not return phone calls. They do not care about their customers once they are paid. I requested my things and over 30 days later they still have not gotten me my things. My things were finally delivered and because they had not paid the subcontractor, the subcontractor refused to deliver my things and rode away with them. I had to call the police. On 8/27/17 Oasis Moving finally showed up to deliver my things and then refused to deliver unless paid AGAIN. Integrity was paid in full as of August 25, 2017, and did not pay Oasis. So, then Oasis will only deliver if paid AGAIN. When tried to call Integrity on their 24 hour number, they refused to call back. My boxes I could see were opened, my clothes on the bottom in a pile of a hanging box, and the box retaped up.

What a terrible experience. The mover, Hiram, was my lifesaver. They loaded my stuff in NC on 7/18/17 and I didn't see it again until 8/5/17. I was told it would be in Fl. in about 3 days. Finally got someone to answer the phone anon 7/24. They didn't know where it went. I kept calling and they found it in their warehouse in Georgia. I ended up sleeping on the floor until I texted Hiram and he picked my furniture up at the warehouse and brought it to Fl. Very poor customer service. They called me a liar and Doran?? the Supervisor yelled at me and kept talking over me when I was asking where my furniture was and why was it sent to a warehouse instead of being delivered as scheduled. I can tell everything was banged up in the warehouse and even found roaches while unpacking. Would never want anyone to go through the nightmare of dealing with this company.
