Very responsive, polite, and knowledgeable staff. Their Kinetico system is pretty expensive, but we thought it worth it in the long run.

Top rate customer service! The Rep explained how the system works and answered all of my questions on Kinetico. The installers called to see if they could arrive early, showed up as planned, and had the system installed in about an hour including removal of my old system. They left the area clean, took away all of the trash and were polite and friendly. Before they left they gave me a thorough briefing on how to maintain the system. I recommend them to anyone who wants to improve the quality of their system!

Very knowledgeable, high quality (comes at a price), installer was great - completed in just over 2 hours everything was immaculate when he left. He also gave great instructions on upkeep.

The reverse osmosis water filter works great. However I'm disappointed that the costly water softener treatment/purification system, which was supposed to take care of all of my well water issues, does not live up to the water quality promised by the sales rep.

Had a great experience so far with Integrity Water Solutions. They came in and installed the water system and explained the details on how it worked and what I needed to do to ensure it continued to work properly. They were great!
