The new system was installed in a timely way. We especially appreciated Daniel calling to let us know how long it would be until he arrived, and that he arrived at the scheduled appointment time. Very honorable company. They do not cut corners and tell you the problem as it is. I had other water softeners before, but they were not reliable and trustworthy when it comes to maintenance. Integrity installed a new system for me, took over my other softeners for my other properties, and for the past 3 years, it has been nothing but a wonderful experience. You need them, and they are there! No excuses, no drama!!

They did high quality work, and cared about the finished product--not just my immediate satisfaction, but also how the custom install will look to a future repairman (if one is ever needed). It would have been better if we sat and completed all design drawings and plans prior to getting started. We were interrupted by the need to pick up additional fittings, which could have been avoided. This added a day to the job. I'm still very happy with the outcome.
