INTEGRITY WINDOWS AND SIDING, LLC

We used Integrity Windows and Siding back in 2012 to replace our siding and half of our windows (one of the windows did break shortly after installation - it was quickly replaced at no cost, no questions asked). Fast forward to 2023, we again sought out Integrity and Howard to install some of the remaining windows. Howard is very knowledgeable, easy to work with, explains options, kept us informed during the process and sells a quality window at a fair price. Mike, who has been with Integrity for 20+ years, was very careful during the installation - clearly he knows what he is doing! The windows look great, work great and keep us warmer. We highly recommend Integrity and Howard for your next project. We couldn't be happier.

I waited quite a while to do a review because with a sliding balcony door, you want to see how it holds up through the seasons and if there are problems, you want to see if those get resolved. First, there were no problems whatsoever over the past year that weâ ve had the new door. It slides beautifully, never sticks, seals well to keep out the cold (or keep in the cold in the case of AC). The glass has held up well, no mottling, and we got super strong screening on the screen section because of a squirrel / dog issue. The screening has also held up. We continue to be pleased with the door. At the time it was installed, it was done well. We were told exactly what to expect in terms of the wait for when it would arrive and our expectations were managed well. Everyone was friendly and professional and all has stood up. We never had to call them for any repairs or adjustments. I can now say it has all been five-star.

As always, Howard is a professional. Beautiful windows, and came up with some innovated solutions that gave us the aesthetic we wanted. We will use them again! Highly recommended.

We first used Integrity several years back to replace our dated living room windows with casement windows for all 8 units. Howard made a great recommendation for our needs at a very competitive price. Installation was seamless and his crew cleaned up all the debris. The windows were and remain a huge improvement over the old ones. Very impressive! My only regret is that we did not know about Integrity Windows when we replaced our other windows, several years prior to this. And last fall, we replaced our old front entry doors and storms with a fiberglass entry door and steel screen door. We are all very happy with these doors, thanks to Howard's great recommendations. As with our previous experience, the door installation and cleanup was was flawless with Howard's crew. His crew are total pros and Howard is very easy to work with, quick to respond and above all, honest and reliable. I highly recommend Howard and his crew, and will not hesitate to use him on any future projects.

Excellent. Customer Service was exceptional. Howard was very easy to work with, he communicated well. The windows were created and installed in the time-frame promises. Very competitive pricing, excellent quality. The installation team was professional and neat. No unexpected expenses or problems with the installation.

in 2010 I had windows installed along with a front entrance door with a sidebar. Withgin 2 years the paint chipped on the outside and they had to replace the whole thing. Now, just 4 years later, the paint is chipping again, and in addition to that, the window above the front entrance door is now fading due to broken seal.Not what I expected .....

These guys were great. The only issue I had was with the sticker that was not on the door that lists the specs for the inspector. They told me it was a manufacturer issue, and did their best to resolve that issue quickly. I would hire them again for sure.

Howard's team is the best! he takes the time to get the perfect windows for your house at a great price. My new windows looked fabulous and really make the outside of the house look amazing. Howard provides great service from beginning to start.

It was very fast and looks great. The workman were courteous and clean. I am thrilled not to have to paint my house anymore!

I've used Integrity Windows twice. This job was to install vinyl windows in a three unit rental building. The bid was higher than I expected so I got several other bids and they were all in the same range. This job required some bronze on the outside and faux wood tone on the inside windows and apparently such windows are much more expensive than all white vinyl windows. I went with Integrity because they had done a great job for me in the past. This job was no exception. Howard's crew does great work.

Outstanding Service even after the sale and installation! I recently contacted Howard at Integrity Windows & Siding for service on one of our windows which had a defective seal in the sliding panel which was allowing moisture to condense inside the glass layers. Howard came out immediately to get the window serial number and measurements to order the replacement pane from Alside Widows. Which we have had replacement panel replaced quickly and with the warranty at no additional cost without any issues! This installation was completed several years ago, We contact Integrity Windows & Siding to do a full house replacement of all our windows and sliding glass doors. Howard gave us a very reasonable estimate for the job and their installation team arrived on time and was very neat and cleaned up completely afterward so you’d never know they’d even been at your home other than the sparkling new windows and doors! I would definitely recommend Howard and his team at Integrity Windows & Siding to anyone looking for window and door replacement! Outstanding work and outstanding service! Howard and his team are amazing. This wasn't the first time we dealt with them. They are very professional and dedicated. They had difficulties on the last job but they committed on getting the job done despite all the problems. I highly recommend them.

The work that Howard and his crew did was awesome. I met with Howard twice and he was very responsive to what my wife and I wanted for our windows. Howard is very easy going and easy to work with. I had 7 quotes and all except Howard were very pushy and high pressure. I appreciated the non high pressure approach of Howard. He delivered on time and the crew that installed the window were very professional and clean. They covered all my floors and cleaned up after they were done both inside and out. The job was completed in one day with 14 windows installed. We had minor (cosmetic) issues with 3 of the windows (not the installation). I called Howard and they were taken care of with no hassle. I highly recommend Integrity windows.

the installers did the job in the exact time they estimated. When there was an issue with one of the windows installed, Howard (the owner) put us in contact with the manufacturer and we got a replacement window right away without any hassles. Excellent customer service!

We had 6 windows and a patio door replaced. Gus the front man for the company was very clear about what we were getting and did not pressure us for anything more. After the first quote when I found that I could add more windows within my budget, it was as simple as taking the measurements and forwarding them to him. The windows came with in the time frame I was told, and the workmanship was top notch. They covered all the work areas in the inside of the house with tarps, and cleaned up well afterwards. I only found one problem and that was a screen with a hole in it which was promptly replaced within a couple of weeks. No money was exchanged until all the work was done and the screen replaced. I will use them for further work down the road, and highly recommend them.

The installers were friendly, professional and clean. The owner was upfront, fair, and a great person to work with. I would definitely use their services again.
