We needed someone to fix a broken lock on our front porch, an important wrought iron security door. Because we've always had fantastic experience with Home Advisor in the past, we again chose a professional locksmith thru the service. Within 20 minutes of the call, Mr. Gutierrez was at our door. This young man was prompt, polite, courteous, personable, professional, and was at our door exactly when he told us, despite the fact that it was dark outside at 7:00 p.m. I highly recommend using HomeAdvisor and Mr. Gutierrez especially. Great job and thank you!

After purchasing my house I scheduled rekeying, this was on July 5. When I tried to enter the house on the 4th the keys would not work. When I call Intel lock came out and did the scheduled work at the quoted amount. They went above and beyond to make this work.

tech was very professional,and engaging. I needed 7 locks & deadbolt re-keyed in a matter of 4 days. They were here next morning (offered that same day svc, even tho 4pm when I called, *@ no xtra charge!)😱 Tech took less than 20 min. to do all 7 locks with keys and testing each lock 3x! No messing around here! I like a job, that I'm paying for, to be done "WELL" & "PROFESSIONALLY" I'M hard to please for that very same reason. If you want a clean,quick,professional job performed, at VERY REASONABLE prices ........ CALLTHIS COMPANY! *# in my KEEPER FILE!😁
